I live out of town and needed to order flowers. I am always reluctant not knowing the area, I was so very impressed with the arrangement. It was everything and MORE! Absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this florist. The sales person (maybe owner) was so helpful and I felt confidant that she knew exactly what I wanted.

Every year I order a focal point floral arrangement for my church, in memory of my mother. I just tell Nancy what colors I'd like, and leave the rest to her. The arrangement is always gorgeous, and lasts well over a week with minimal care. And people stop me after the service to tell me how much they appreciate the beauty of the display. I will never use another florist! And if you go into the store, be sure to look at all of the greeting cards -- Nancy has the best selection in town!

I used Bedford Florist for my wedding, because of all my wonderful experiences with them in the past. Nancy was so helpful in designing my bouquet and helping with my vision. Our personal flowers and arrangements were all lovely. The customer service is superb and the flowers are gorgeous, and fresh.

I received a beautiful floral delivery the week before Christmas, the arrangement is beautiful. I'm extremely disappointed in the the delivery. The flowers in a glass vase were left on the front stairs, not covered or in a box. It was a windy cold day, in the high 40's. I called to report the delivery circumstances and was told they would report it. I did not receive an apology or a call back.

THE BEST QUALITY YOULL EVER GET. I love this place, they don’t sell ugly flowers, their stuff is really good quality and they bloom so beautifully. I am very picky with flowers because I like to gift them often, I have been here a couple times and continue to be amazed at the quality. on the 25th of April I gave my now fiancé ? flowers from here, today is May 8th and they Still look good considering the time that has passed. Don’t hesitate get flowers from this place you won’t regret it

Wow is all I can say! I placed a last minute same day delivery order for flowers for my aunt and the flowers were in her kitchen in less than 2 hours! Incredibly impressed by the customer service.

I made a recent holiday order at Bedford Florist. The order was sent as a gift and when I saw the photo of what was sent, I didn't feel it matched the deluxe version I paid the extra money to get. Nancy was very responsive to my issue and went above and beyond to rectify it and maintain a happy customer. It is rare these days to experience great customer service and many businesses could learn from this owner and this experience. They have not only maintained a repeat customer but have also gained a cheerleader for their business.

Ordered a casket spray for my aunts funeral. I was a florist many, many years ago and recall being taught to use all the flowers that were on their way out (dying) for funeral arrangements because the flowers only have to last the 1-2 days after the arrangement is made. Funeral arrangements cost a LOT of money. Due to knowing that, I always send plants with flowers in them or vase arrangements. When your booking the funeral and you need certain pieces, there is know avoiding getting what you get and hoping the flowers are not wilting. Bedford Florist was great! See below pic for yourself. Lily's were in full bloom. Since it's for a funeral, that's okay and my preference since I was not taking it home to enjoy. Note, I did pay $420 for the casket spray...which is why there are roses, stargazer lilies and orchids. If you want to spend less, it is doable there. I requested those colors, lilies and snap dragon. It smelled amazing. I meant to request wax flower but forgot. She used it on her own ;)

WOW! What an incredible place. I used Bedford Florist for the first time ever to deliver flowers, balloons, and a box of chocolates to my best friend who just gave birth to a baby girl. I placed the order late last night (Sunday) and the flowers were delivered by noon the next morning (Monday). Not to mention, they also wrapped the chocolates beautifully in pink wrapping paper with a bow and I didn't even ask them to! They went above and beyond. I am currently sick with COVID so this took a huge weight off my shoulders. Will definitely be using this place again. Thank you SO much! 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered centerpieces for a fiesta themed bridal shower and they were amazing! The colors and style fit the event perfectly. The flowers were incredibly fresh and lasted for a week after the event.
