“Found a great 1 level apartment at Taylor Pond for our Mother. In the 8 years of residence there she was very pleased with living accommodations, pleasant surroundings and location to several services including Lahey hospital, etc. The staff at Taylor Pond in the leasing office were always accommodating in treating her like she was the only resident with stellar service. Whenever there was maintenance to be done in the apartment the maintenance people were always there promptly and had whatever needed fixing done in a timely manner including any emergency services. Added to the service provided our family became acquainted with the great staff in the leasing office, in particular Arthur. Always warm and friendly to Mom and our family-helpful in every way. We cannot Thank You enough for looking after whatever she needed. She enjoyed living at Taylor Pond in every way. We will definitely recommend Village Taylor Pond for anyone in need.”

“The service was phenomenal. Toured with Jay and he was awesome. We honestly fell in love with the place and signed the day we toured. We told them we loved it, but we wanted a little less on the 14 month lease and Jay did the best he could for us and got us a month free and a little extra! Answered all our questions with enthusiasm and they really seemed to want us there and help us out where they could. I couldn’t recommend the service more. I move in this May and couldn’t be more excited. We worked mostly with Jay, but everyone was so helpful on the team!!!”

“It’s a clean apt building, it has an old feeing, but many units are renovated. It’s more or less quiet, but still you’d hear the neighbors upstairs walking or dropping something heavy on the floor from time to time.Gym definitely needs to be updated.The on-site team is great, and they did a nice job taking care of us. “We recently moved out of our apartment at Riverbend as we bought our first home together, and it was truly bittersweet deciding to move out! While we are both very excited to own a house that’s ours and begin this new chapter of our lives, we will forever have such fond memories of Riverbend on the Charles and had an absolutely amazing experience with living there. Our apartment at Riverbend was the first place we lived together and having met during the pandemic, we moved in February 2021. From the tour to the move-in, we had very positive experiences with all the staff we interacted with and they made us feel really comfortable throughout the move-in process even during COVID-19 times.

Once we were moved in, we felt right at home. For over 3 years, we loved our warm and welcoming apartment (a large 2 bedroom-2 bathroom unit with a fireplace + balcony overlooking the Charles River). Unlike some other reviewers, we had no issues with noise whatsoever. We loved that we always had peace and quiet in living here, both from the neighbors and the hallways. Sound really didn’t travel into our apartment ever. Our apartment itself was just gorgeous, so sizable (also with barely any dead space in the layout unlike some apartment buildings we initially toured seem to have), and the next tenants will be so lucky to have such an amazing space like we enjoyed for those 3 years!

The building itself is also a really enjoyable space with great amenities - we spent a ton of time using the pool + hot tub and the bbq grills during summer months. The staff is wonderful - huge shoutout to Nicole who was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our move-out process. We actually wish we would’ve met Nicole sooner before our moving out all happened as she is incredibly nice and friendly! She has all the residents’ best interests at heart, and it shows. We truly have nothing bad to say about Riverbend on the Charles. No apartment complex is perfect, but Riverbend sure is close to perfect and it was really a dream for both of us to rent in such a beautiful apartment complex, apartment unit, + location before owning our home. Thank you to Riverbend for all the wonderful memories!”

“Windsor provides excellent amenities and features, and the staffs are very kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is also great for me, as it is within walking distance to my work. The rental rate is a bit high in my opinion, but it is still reasonable given that it is located in Cambridge.”

“Just documented some move in existing damage noted in the one bathroom (mirror and cabinet). Some Clorox bleach needed to clean some existing black mold from the shower enclosure caulking. The stove gas was shut off and I needed to place a call to your maintenance technician to assist the tenants how to restart the gas connection.”

“We have been homeowners for almost 30 years now and when we moved to Waltham for a job opportunity, we decided to try living right downtown within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, walking trails, and public transit. The Merc at Moody and Main more than fit the bill. The leasing and move in process was easily a 5 star rating because of the stellar staff that worked as a team to address any questions that we had about our unit. I reserved my review until we had been here a while and I could give an overall review of the entire property-still an easy 5! I can not say enough about everyone from the maintenance guys, the grounds crew, the housekeeping staff that greets my dog and I each morning when we go out for a walk, and the friendly residents. So many positives happening in this community. Jeff and staff keep the place decorated and warm for every holiday season and I'm not sure they even know how much those efforts make The Merc feel like home. They also work tirelessly to plan activities for us all to enjoy and get to know each other and their doors are always open when we need them. I really wasn't expecting to be in a place where I no longer miss having our own property. We love living here and being a part of this amazing community.”

Previous review: The side entrance has been non functional for more than 6 months now. I don’t know what the management is doing. I’ve filed multiple complaints, and I hear the same answers time and again: we are working on it. Working on what?? Since 7-8 months, what exactly are you working on? Matt leaving as properly manager has really set this place back. Please address this issue!!”

“My boyfriend and I just got approved for an apartment here. I have to give a shoutout to Todd who we've been working with through the entire touring/application process. When I made the appointment online for a tour, he followed up right away to confirm the appointment and give all the details we needed. We showed up for our appointment early after being stood up for a tour at a different apartment complex beforehand and he took us right away. He gave us a tour of all the amenities and a couple apartment layouts we were interested in. He was so friendly, informative, thorough and answered any questions we had. When we applied he immediately reached out to let us know he received our application, when he would be reviewing it and when we were approved. We truly appreciate his kindness, responsiveness and excellent communication through the whole process. Other leasing offices we interacted with were not nearly as professional, friendly or responsive. It made everything so smooth and stress-free. We are very excited to move in soon!”

“There is so much to do on the campus alone, and the renovated church looks like a tourist attraction. Super dog-friendly, great gym, beautiful plants on the premises, and many spaces for remote workers. It is so calming to walk around outside; I do it almost every day. The cleaning staff is excellent, and the maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. It is a terrific place to live!”

“This is by far, THE BEST apartment complex I’ve lived in. They take complaints seriously and follow up with you instead of giving you attitudes. The maintenance guys are GREAT and FAST! They do everything by the book (which is why you see some bad reviews because people don’t wanna follow rules), but it keeps everything in place. As long as you clean the apartment properly, YOU WILL GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK unlike most of the places I’ve lived in before. Keep up the good work!”

“Really enjoyed my time renting here. This is a great location in Arlington. Close to downtown Arlington and also Cambridge/Watertown/Belmont. Staff has been helpful when I have needed repairs or help. My apartment had ample room and good light! If you are looking for a low-key(not very noisy) apartment complex with a helpful staff, this place is for you! (also very close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS and other essentials which has been so convenient!)”
