As someone who has always stressed about cars stuff, I can always count on White valley motors to help me out stress free. They always get my car in quick and do great honest work. I've been using them for a couple years since I moved to Barre and will keep coming back.

Would never use as a mechanic, owner was incredibly rude during an emergency because they were supposed to be closing in 20 minutes. Mind you after swapping my tire to a donut, it was still before the time technically they were going to close. I get it, it's stressful at times towards the end of the day, but common courtesy and politeness when someone is literally on your doorstep begging because they don't want to wait in the cold for aaa to come goes a long way. I had no issue paying for it to be swapped to a donut, but did not appreciate the rudeness as I was being polite and kind. The other men working there were fine and helpful, I'm sure they do great work, but that's unacceptable to treat people like that.

Convenient place to get the inspection done. I know they do other work, but I’ve never been there. I know some locals that like it.

My Nissan started running louder than usual. I brought it to White Valley Motors. Dropped it off Monday night as requested after waiting a week & at 3:15pm today, Tuesday, I was told the parts hadn't arrived & the owner couldn't guarantee repair today so I made an appointment with another shop. I called back within 10 minutes & was told I couldn't cancel now because it was already on the lift being repaired?? They said they found holes in my (2) mufflers & in a resonator pipe. When they showed me, I saw no holes! (only a little rust at one seam)???? They charged me almost $600 for no improvement to the loudness problem whatsoever!! They had it running when picked up because it's only loud upon acceleration or when starting!! Called them immediately & was told Friday was the soonest they could look at it!! Unacceptable & I do NOT recommend them.

Great staff offers transparent and fast service! They will keep you informed of your options throughout the process and they just do really excellent work! Shout-out to Jay for figuring out a cheap temporary solution on the fly for my low-hanging damaged front bumper

I called White Valley with a potential safety issue for my 2018 GMC Sierra.Dave and his team were flexible allowing me to drop off the truck right away for them to diagnose and repair and they were able to honor my extended warranty on the truck.The communication was fantastic keeping me updated and customer service was top notch.I also had an oil change and tire rotation. One of the techs noticed that there was an issue with my air filter housing and corrected it without charge going above and beyond.The waiting area is comfortable, I really enjoyed reading some of the classic car articles and ads on display.Overall a excellent service, cost, customer service and I will be using White Valley for my auto needs going forward and encourage others to give them a try.

There is nothing worse than trying to figure out what you car needs done and what it "should" cost. Luckily I do not have to worry about those things at White Valley. Great staff led by Dave. Been going to him for 15 years without a single complaint.

What I like best is that David gives you your options, and he stands behind his teams’s work. I have a warning light right now, which he explained fully, reassured me that I was safe driving, and we made a plan to address in the future. I trust this business, the mechanics, and their work.

They should really have someone else answer phones and not someone rude that hates his job. I'm sure the job they do is good, but I will not be returning simply because the customer service is so bad. If you don't mind bad customer service then they are fine I guess
