They are all friendly and and caring. I appreciate them very much. I had one other company for heating for house before. I would never switch. Ep wine is the company to go with.

We came into town and ran into some issues but luckily we went to E.P. Wine propane and they had everything we needed. We couldn’t be more appreciative for their service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend if you haven’t used them before.

No words can describe how wonderful EP Wine is. Being a supplier of Propane gas, EP Wine fixed the other company's mistake about the location of propane tanks (for Generator). Collin and 2 other men came in the pouring rain and did a wonderful job of moving heavy tanks. EP Wine is so professional and all about customer service. Thank you so much!

I was traveling in my motorhome and stopped at a nearby campground and noticed a propane leak smell. I called the office and was greeted by a very kind helpful gal. She said she would have a service tech give me a call. He called me back quickly. I explained my concerns and he said he could have someone out to look at it for me around noon. At 11:30 two techs showed up. They were fantastic. They not only fixed my leak but suggested I go by the shop the next day and they would make sure it was still ok. I stopped by on my way out of town and they did just that. Filled my tank, checked for leaks and was good to go. Went in to pay my bill and met there by a very polite and kind person who processed my invoice right away.I have ran two separate businesses and this is the way you want all your employees to interact with their customers. Every single person I encountered, six of them, were helpful, polite and professional.Owner wasn't in so couldn't tell him personally or I would have.This company should be very proud of how it operates and takes care of its customer. A++ to every single employee and to this business for doing things right.

Owner and receptionists very friendly and helpful. There was a miscommunication regarding delivery and the owner was extremely flexible in rectifying the issue. I really appreciate it!
