Do not patronize this location! I made an appointment only to find out it was for the Verizon @ the Cape Cod mall. The guy behind the counter had zero interest in serving me after he finished with his customer. Given I did not have an appointment at his store, he basically said he could not help me. They are rude, and not accommodating what so ever. Luckily for me, I went across the street to Verizon Cape Cod Mall and they welcomed me with open arms. I worked with a guy name Brin over @ that location, and walked out in 45 min with a new phone. Do yourself a favor, use the Cape Cod Mall Verizon location and save yourself the aggravation of working with idiots who could care less about your business. Not sure what the point is of large retail store front of that size when they require such rigid rules. A rating of 1 star is generous for this location.

Its a phone sales place...they dont really help you with software or hardware issues. The std answer is " your phone needs replacement because it's over 1 yr old"

I am consistently horrified by Verizon and how incredibly difficult they make it to be a customer of theirs. Long story short- lost phone and no way to replace it and buy a new one. I really hate this company.

they have a bunch of employees standing around and people waiting to be helped, but they claim they're too busy to help their customers. Today I voiced my opinion and I got told off by two of the staff. I told him to show some respect and to never speak to a woman in that manner. I have been warned about this location by other Verizon locations and told they are really unfriendly.. I returned my phone and the guy forgot to clear my data or transfer my Sim card. didn't even give me a receipt for a return on a $1200 phone. When I asked for one, he went out back and came back 10 minutes later with it and told me to never come back to their store again. Uhhh ok. This is the most miserable group of people you'll ever find condensed into one location. working is the last thing these people want to do. You could get more effort from somebody standing out on the street corner. like the other reviewer's of said, they just make you stand around waiting a couple of hours before you are even acknowledged.

My 84 year old friend went in on Thursday because he could not make or receive calls. The young man said he couldn’t fix it and to go to Apple store. Today I took him to Verizon in Danvers Dan was so accommodating and replaced the SIM card. Boom phone works. My friend is so happy. Hard to be aging and not have a working phone

We had some major issues with a previous carrier. They made us jump through hoops to get a transfer pin number in order to change our service to Verizon.Dan at Verizon went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Dan for all help and patience.

I have had great service here in the past, especially from Dan. Today, I dealt with 'solutions expert' or whatever Ramon and he was rude and dismissive. Would not recommend.

I use this store and provider for my personal phone plan. Excellent customer service, remarkable data plan packages and an array of up to date phones to choose from. I highly recommend this store!

I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and this experience is making me rethink that. My Iphone is nearly dying and I scheduled an appointment to get a new phone. Less than an hour before the appointment, I got an email...not a call...saying it had been cancelled. I called the store number provided in the email and got someone somewhere other than the store location who I could barely understand. They told me I had to reschedule and gave no explanation. I tried to call the store again on the direct line the person a customer care gave me and I still couldn't get through but the recording said the store was closed! If you aren't open then don't schedule appointments through your website that during off hours. I organized the entire day around this errand and what should have been a simple process became and pain.

Just got off the phone with a representative to try to explain we are receiving notices that the modem they sent us is being phased out as it is out of date and is not secure. They have nothing to offer and it is time to find something else as Verizon has nothing to offer including service.

Verizon is the absolutely worst company I have ever had dealings with! They WILL NOT let me log into my account, giving me invalid security questions which they never assigned to my account in the first place and saying my zip code doesn't jive with my account information, which is totally untrue! They WILL NOT let you call and talk to a live representative to straighten out problems, which is a real problem when they don't let you log into your account. The chat option works okay but again, if you can't log into your account, you don't have access to it. To be fair, we are switching to another much cheaper company, but according to them, or account is still active. Our phones show a Verizon signal but we can't call from them, so what is that? They just sent my husband a bill for $76 for NEXT month's service but we cancelled the service, so obviously, that should not be. We'd block the transaction but by removing the bank account from our Verizon account but again, they won't let us log in. Are they just incompetent or are they trying to rip us off? Your guess is as good as mine!
