Got to store, said "I want to trade in my phone for a pixel 8." They made us wait 45 mins to tell us they had none in stock. Two employees, one other customer. Terrible

Poor customer experience today. Associate Ramon was unhelpful, combative and consistently spoke over me. No options were provided. In any service industry, there are always options. If overall profit and customer care was of any value to this location, I would have left with a new phone and accessories. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I hope no one else has an experience like mine. It was awful. I showed up for (another) appointment at this store to try to get a new phone. . I was informed that I didn’t get one until the fall( untrue) and when that didn’t work I was told not to waste my money (?). I was asked why I wanted a new one when the one I had was perfectly good ( it’s beat up) .
Is it anyone’s business if I want a new phone? It certainly isn’t this guys. His business is to provide one according to the terms of the contract.
The attitude was condescending and really offensive.

Jason was great! Very helpful indeed. However, Chris was nothing but annoyed and nasty. Yes, our grandson was making noise. She could have nicely said that he was bothering her but she came at us with a plain old fashioned down east totally unpleasant outburst. Also, the manager let us use the bathroom and when we asked to use it again she said no one has been able to use it for years, although we just had used it. Again, Jason was terrific. It’s too bad our otherwise perfect experience was destroyed by Chris’ unpleasantness.

Do not patronize this location! I made an appointment only to find out it was for the Verizon @ the Cape Cod mall. The guy behind the counter had zero interest in serving me after he finished with his customer. Given I did not have an appointment at his store, he basically said he could not help me. They are rude, and not accommodating what so ever. Luckily for me, I went across the street to Verizon Cape Cod Mall and they welcomed me with open arms. I worked with a guy name Brin over @ that location, and walked out in 45 min with a new phone. Do yourself a favor, use the Cape Cod Mall Verizon location and save yourself the aggravation of working with idiots who could care less about your business. Not sure what the point is of large retail store front of that size when they require such rigid rules. A rating of 1 star is generous for this location.

Its a phone sales place...they dont really help you with software or hardware issues. The std answer is " your phone needs replacement because it's over 1 yr old"

I am consistently horrified by Verizon and how incredibly difficult they make it to be a customer of theirs. Long story short- lost phone and no way to replace it and buy a new one. I really hate this company.

they have a bunch of employees standing around and people waiting to be helped, but they claim they're too busy to help their customers. Today I voiced my opinion and I got told off by two of the staff. I told him to show some respect and to never speak to a woman in that manner. I have been warned about this location by other Verizon locations and told they are really unfriendly.. I returned my phone and the guy forgot to clear my data or transfer my Sim card. didn't even give me a receipt for a return on a $1200 phone. When I asked for one, he went out back and came back 10 minutes later with it and told me to never come back to their store again. Uhhh ok. This is the most miserable group of people you'll ever find condensed into one location. working is the last thing these people want to do. You could get more effort from somebody standing out on the street corner. like the other reviewer's of said, they just make you stand around waiting a couple of hours before you are even acknowledged.

My 84 year old friend went in on Thursday because he could not make or receive calls. The young man said he couldn’t fix it and to go to Apple store. Today I took him to Verizon in Danvers Dan was so accommodating and replaced the SIM card. Boom phone works. My friend is so happy. Hard to be aging and not have a working phone
