Got to store, said "I want to trade in my phone for a pixel 8." They made us wait 45 mins to tell us they had none in stock. Two employees, one other customer. Terrible

Poor customer experience today. Associate Ramon was unhelpful, combative and consistently spoke over me. No options were provided. In any service industry, there are always options. If overall profit and customer care was of any value to this location, I would have left with a new phone and accessories. I’ll take my business... read full comment

Terrible The associate told us we needed an appointment and sent us across the street to Best Buy Not one person in the store and she refused to help Will never recommend this store
