Went in today at the end of the day-4:15. Went in to pick up a FedEx package that I had delivered (which was delivered at 1:00) there because I am presently renting in the Cape and have a PO Box. The guy was rude & flustered and said “there’s only two of us here!!!” I came in to pick up my package which I had shipped 2day service because it was crucial that I received it. The employee said “we haven’t had a chance to sort the mail yet”…. (Ohhhhh how silly of me, I thought that was his job) He said: “Why didn’t you have it sent to your house?” EXCUSE ME?!???? Why did he say that??? It’s a Post Office and that’s where packages are sent!!!I told him that I was renting and he just ignored me….I left before I completely lost it on this guy…he already looked like he was gonna have a heart attack any minute!!! So ruuuuuuude! I’ll have to now call in late to work and hopefully not lose my job so that I can pick up my package!!! At least the young, polite, respectful & helpful girl will be working.

The staff is always friendly. We ship a lot of packages for our business so we see them weekly. Every time we go in, they are helpful and kind. Even when the Christmas/Covid back up happened and packages were taking over a month to deliver, they answered all my questions and took the time to track down each package to make sure they were not lost (which they weren’t)! We love our local post office!!!
