Wish I could give no stars. Hands down the worst shipping center, rude staff or manager, and extremely over priced. Go to a postal center or USPS and save yourself headache and lots of money. And as a follow up to the store’s follow up to this review: the cost of shipping should not be equal to the cost of boxing an item. I brought in an item bubble wrapped and already ready to be boxed up. I asked for minimal additional packaging and it was 80% of the cost to ship the item. That doesn’t make sense.

I rarely leave reviews of any kind especially negative but this UPS store in Hyannis is ridiculous. I went in there for an Amazon return. My item was already packed and the top flap of the box was slightly open. The woman at the desk told me they charge $2 to tape the box. Absolutely ridiculous business practice. It took her two seconds and a few inches of tape...On other instances I got to the store with packages during business hours and the store was closed. There is almost always a line. Please, anyone who has experiences like these contact Amazon and complain about this location. This should not be happening. They are already paid to process these returns and they should not be charging customers extra for taping the boxes.

Went to the store today to return a package. $2 to print a label cool ink is expensive. My box was open and the very nice young lady at the front told me now they have to charge me $2 just for a piece of tape to close the box which is ridiculous. $2 FOR A PIECE IF TAPE!!!!! How can an international company like UPS that ships boxes charge $2 for tape for a box that they have to tape to ship. That’s straight up a low. will never ship through ups again. Not even small local business charge for tape across a small box. Khols, Whole Foods, and even FedEx you don’t even need a box to return an item further more charging for tape.!!! Garbage company.

So I will start with the fact that except today I never had a problem at this location. Came in to return some Amazon stuff per usual, and the employee named Sofia was there. To begin with, she was on a rant about Amazon and how they suck and how it's not her it's them telling a lady ahead of me . Then I told her I needed to get the printing labels out from my phone to scan, and she said oh I'll take care of the next person since you aren't rdy ... I was .Fine, I waited for another person to get service , but she didn't know how to read the label off and spend 10 min figuring out that it's at another location . One other customer actually told her what to check on the slip . Anyway, back to me, she couldn't scan my codes ... did it 5 times in the meantime, explained that it's one of those days that suck and the computers are not working .. and also, she was with her cousins running around yesterday, and it was crazy ( not knowing what does have to do with anything ) so she scanned 3 items of mine and then we hit a wall with 3 products who according to her had to get shipped back and payed by me which was fine . Long story short, she was huffin and puffin and couldn't figure anything out. She sayid stuff in the lines it's gonna cost you 200 $. Figure IT out with Amazon, "It's not my problem ... I don't speak Chinese and that I can't ship it back internationally apperantly .. Overral is extremely confusing .So I asked to talk to a manager and she completely lost it. There were lots of people waiting. I didn't want to cause a scene further, so I left while she was screaming, "Can someone record me lol for what for asking to talk to a manager . Overall, this employee is crazy and her customer skills are extremely poor . Also, she never gave me a label or a print return receipt for my 3 items that she managed to scan, didnt even offer one so now I don't know if everything is all set or not I need to speak to someone about this situation.I'm extremely disappointed because she might now be costing me money ! Update !!!After I talked to Amazon and they told me to go back get my receipt, I had to go back she said she can't give me a receipt and I need to take a picture of some slips or whatever it is ! It's attached under ! She proceeded to tell me to go back to my own country and her brother is a marine and he will be come knocking on my door !! I again asked for a supervisor, and she just said, "Go out, I'm calling police if you dont wait outside. They will be on my side, not yours, because you are an immigrant !!" Of course, nor a manager came nor police !! Waited for about 25 min and left ! I made an official complaint to UPS !! It is absolutely unacceptable that you have racist employees who are not even trained to do their job !!!! The funny thing is my US passport was in my pocket, and I showed it to her, and then she flipped her story so fast . Apperantly, people with accents are not welcomed there !!! About 10 people witnessed her racist rants, and they all walked out telling me that this is insane and they won't be coming back to the store !!! I won't let this go. I believe in the US values and what this country stands for !!! I am attaching the supposed stuff she told me to take a picture of !

HORRIBLE experience. I went to drop off a package today around 4:30 and the door was locked. A few other people were standing outside and we tried to knock/pull on the door. The worker YELLED at us saying she had too many boxes and would not let us in. Sorry to make you do your job!

This is so old this come into a business at the busiest time of year and one person working. What type of owners run a business like that? You want to make money but you don't staff your business make it make sense. I started having my deliveries dropped at a Amazon pick spot because of this constant inconvenience with this store. But things happen and my delivery had to come here unfortunately and of course I go to pick it up not only she couldn't find it but ask me to look for it as an option not a demand. I felt so bad for this young lady the back of the counter was packed with box's and packages and the line was literally out the door. I swear if there was a way to get you fined I would. And she seemed untrained she couldn't tell the difference between an Amazon tracking and a UPS

Incredibly rude worker. Told me to wait outside because the AC was on. And she didn’t want the door half open as I couldn’t fit all the way inside the building due to a long line. Not to mention I had 3 massive boxes. Horrible. Normally they have great customer service probably need to make new hires.

Horrible experience just a bit ago.Brought in a printer that was being returned to Amazon. I specifically didn't tape it up because I thought they were supposed to inspect inside to verify that the product wasn't just couple of cement blocks. Nope. I got told it was going to cost me $2 for them to pack it up and attach a label to it! HUH? Since when? All I have is the QR code for them to scan.The first girl gets uppity and says "that's it, I'm done" and walks away. WHAT? You're done with what? Work? She says, " you can talk to the manager, that's her right there". What? Where are her customer service skills? What ever happened to the customer always being right? Even if you're not, how about problem/conflict resolution, not just walk away.I'm trying to find the email from Amazon. I get told by the manager girl, "we're not Amazon" after she stops playing on her phone, even though there is more than one person in the store.Thanks, I had no idea you were the UPS store and not Amazon!Anyway, why am I paying them $2 for tape and a label? Isn't that already paid for by my return from Amazon? I'm amazed that people think this is how you do business these days (post covid). Just add a fee on. $2 graft upcharge! I thought that was already done when I bought from Amazon and subsequently returned an item.Whoever owns this store should have a sit down with these employees and get them some customer service skills!I hope to hear from someone there regarding this issue ASAP.

Simple feedback. Sign is posted that store is open until 4pm. Website states 3pm. I came by at 2pm. SHUT TIGHT. No one present. No one answers the phone. Very shabby

Went there one time when they just opened their doors to return an Amazon package. The guy was extremely nice and told me he'll return it for me. ? maybe I should go in there frequently to see the dark side ??️
