We had incredible easy process with mister Jorge Rojas , we went there right before closing but they stayed extra time after closing with us until we complete the deal and pick the right car for us . At this moment as we still have a long journey together I do recommend Tracy VW and please close your deal with mr Rojas very knowledgeable and also super pleasant to talk.

Thank you to Tim on the Service team! My old Golf broke down while I was visiting family on the Cape. I towed the car to him and he had it up and running in 2 days. Had an alternator, fuse and belt go out. Fixing it was pricey (2K), but Volkswagen parts tend to run high everywhere, and I appreciated them letting me pop up without an appointment. I think they were careful to get my car ready for my long drive home, and advised me on what to watch for safety. I'm very grateful to the service team there. Thank you!

We had a great experience start to finish. I was looking for a car for my father and they had lots of great options. Chris was very helpful and honest about all the different VW options . We ended up going with a certified pre owned Atlas SEL. A beautiful surprisingly large SUV. My father LOVES his new car! Chris and Jay made the process easy and fair all around. Tracy fixed an issue I had with my vehicle when traveling for summer vacation. I was really happy they were able to fit in my repair during a busy time, making my vehicle safe and ready for the long haul home. But I was even more impressed by their communication and customer service. The car came back to me fixed and washed. WASHED, guys. Do you know how nice that feels? Thanks Chris!!!

Jorge & Jim from Tracy were great to work with. They were highly communicative, honest, straightforward, not pushy, and gave me a very fair deal. I chose to work with them on a recommendation from a close friend and was very happy with the interaction and process. Despite Tracy being a considerable drive compared to other closer dealers, I felt valued in working with them. I would definitely work with Jorge, Jim and the Tracy staff again.
