Staff was very helpful. A little trinket at reasonable prices. Went back the next day to make a purchase. Met the owner. Very personable and told me a little about the store. We found a beautiful “Whales Tail” necklace for my wife and she chose the 18” chain. Unfortunately it was lost shortly after we returned home to NJ. I called and spoke to Sophia who immediately sent out another one. That one didn’t arrive because the U.S.P.S. sent it to Tucson,AZ. After my call Sophia sent a second one on that same day that arrived two days later on Wednesday. On Friday the first necklace arrived ? We immediately called and told them that we would like to keep this one too. This is a great small shop with lots of beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices. We highly recommend that you visit The Silver Seahorse. What a wonderful experience with honest and fair owners. ? Customer Service was fantastic!

First, they have a huge selection of beautiful jewelry (among other items). There is something for everyone at all price points. If you want a unique gift or souvenir from the Cape this is the place to go. Second, they have the best customer service I have ever encountered. I had an issue with one of my purchases and Sophia the owner worked with me to ensure everything was correct. She was responsive to emails and quick to work with me. The staff is friendly and helpful and I recommend this place 100%. I will be sure to stop here each time I visit the Cape.

Modern or classic, metal or plus stones, anything you like is bound to be in this beautiful store. They even have soap. The prices are thin and delicate, or wide and bold. Go inside, but be prepared to lay down some of your vacation funds if getting something. Worth it though

Very nice store with nice jewelry and affordable prices. Great place for souvenirs and gifts as there are plenty of cute beach and other themed jewelry. Very friendly service as well.

Such friendly staff!! I had a great experience shopping and looking around the store today. I came because after extensive research to find the least expensive 'cape cod' style screwball bracelet I decided on the Silver Seahorse by about $15, and the staff made the experience that much more memorable. Will definitely be back next summer and I strongly recommend going! Soooo many beautiful jewelry options, be prepared to spend some time looking at their extensive jewelry options- all so beautiful!!

It was my first time visiting the area and I wanted to purchase a Cape Cod Bracelet. The woman that helped me was so kind and attentive. The shop was beautiful, I highly recommend it!I also found that the bracelets were more affordable here than other nearby shops.

By far one of my favorite shops in Hyannis! I love the store’s aesthetic and its amazing selection of jewelry. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. I recommend the silver seahorse to anybody and everybody!

I would leave zero starts if I could. I walked in and there were two girls working on 7/8/23, the store was empty and they were just gossiping among themselves. I never got a greeting, they stopped talking when I walked in, looked at me and ignored me & kept talking. I walked around, even in front of them and still no greeting or let me know if you need help. I’m not naive about prejudice but now at days I think people can pretend & fake it. I guess they don’t care for sales. If you want to have a bad experience bc u r not white, visit this store.

I visited this store on a recent trip to Cape Cod. It was by far one of the nicer shops I encountered. They have a very cute costume jewelry area in the front or store. As you move farther into the store, most of the jewelry is sterling silver. I decided to treat myself and purchased a large sterling starfish pendent. I wanted a better quality chain than what was on the display and the staff was extremely helpful finding me the perfect chain. I would highly recommend visiting this store if you are in the area.
