Briefly, because it took a while to get to the root of the problem, I was going to use my $25.00 birthday gift from Talbots and found, in checking out that there was a problem and I could not use it. I knew it had not been used before. After many attempts by Ashley and her coworker to solve this, Ashley then took the time to make a phone call, explain the situation and problem was corrected. Because of their diligence, kindness and patience, they made me a very happy customer. Kudos to both young ladies!!

Laura was very accommodating. I was interested in a sweater unfortunately they didn't have my size so she called over to the Harwich location lucky for me they had it. She is very knowledgeable about the line of clothing they sell. Store very clean, staff all wearing masks. Great assortment and really great sales going on today. 40% off already discounted price.
