STAY AWAY from this T-Mobile location! The staff members were extremely unprofessional and not helpful what’s so ever. They seemed rude and ignorant, showing no interest in assisting me with my queries or concerns. Their lack of knowledge about the products and services was evident, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.I expected better customer service from a reputable company like T-Mobile. Their behavior and attitude made me question their commitment to providing a positive customer experience. Instead of feeling valued and supported, I left the store feeling unheard and disregarded.This experience has made me seriously reconsider my decision to continue with T-Mobile as my carrier. If this is the level of service they provide, I would rather go elsewhere or even switch to a different carrier altogether. As a customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and receive assistance from knowledgeable and friendly staff.I hope T-Mobile takes note of this review and makes improvements to their customer service in the future. For now, I would not recommend this particular T-Mobile store in Hyannis to anyone seeking a pleasant and helpful experience!

The associate (ginger guy w freckles, can’t remember his name) was short and rude with my husband and I and couldn’t be bothered to assist us with more than one word sentences…he gave us incorrect info on a product that a NEWER associate corrected him on but he couldn’t be bothered to care.

This store is trash, they never want to help me and are always saying they are on able to help me with the smallest things and then try to send me off to other stores and when I go to other stores it’s done in five minutes. The store needs closed and all the employees fired because they don’t know what they’re doing and if this is a representation of the company T-Mobile it says a lot. Staff needs to be re-train and customer service. No help unless you’re a new customer total stupidness. Zero, zero, zero, all day zero

I was spoken down to when I requested help with simply transferring information to a phone that I purchased though apple. The gentleman who was supposed to assist me had an awful attitude when he told I needed a number of different account pieces. After leaving and returning TWICE I went to a different location that was able to help me without an issue. Horrible service.

Saif was great. A certain colleague needs a new line of work, he's one of the very worst sales people I've ever met - EVER. Tries to command people and doesn't listen, *at all*.

Mad rude ppl who work there. Manager acts like a hot shot. Avoid this store go to Falmouth where the employee actually care about the customers.

Very unhappy about my experience today. Went in there to upgrade to an iPhone. Older gentleman was extremely unprofessional about how he handles talking to people who require deposits. Got very offensive when I told him he needs to not let everyone in the store know I needed a deposit. Got the manager and he also didn’t even seem to care that I felt embarrassed about it. So even they the upgrade not 1 single time did this guy even attempt to talk to me about my plan. How much my bill will change, what the monthly payments were , nothing. I’ll never go back to that Tmobile again.

Worse customer service I've ever seen. Rude representative the manager argued with me about what kind of phone it was paying 242 a month that includes 51 for useless insurance when I went in for my replacement left after an hour and half with 3 people ahead of me never got my replacement because I didn't want my one day off spent there. They took off my screen protector and wouldn't just replace it don't waste your money on insurance they don't honor

Gerardo and Mianna are the absolutely the best. They helped me out today and it was a pleasure. I felt like they went above and beyond to help me and gave me everything I needed. Great customer service!!!

Without doubt the worst telephone store I have ever been in. It's a shame because for five years they had the same people and it was really well run and the team was very enthusiastic.. it tells you a lot when you get in the taxi us to go to T-Mobile and the driver says to you I hope you find someone who speaks English.

I wish I got the gentlemens name but I couldn't ask for better service. He was exceptionally professional and set up two phones for us and even helped me by changing my internet service from Comcast to T Mobile. Hope my new phones and internet work as well as he performed. Thanks!!
