I was NOT told that my storage unit would be at an inconvenient location outside of town until later in the process. I am NOT happy but will have to keep it for 30 days now. I'm very upset and feel taken advantage of. There are other facilities I could've rented from that are MUCH more convenient.

Very helpful to those like myself who had never had a storage unit, prices fair and offer late fee instead of locking you out and taking your things after one missed payment
