Horrible customer service. Drop the truck off to have an alignment done four days later still not done vehicle is parked in the same spot as it was when it was dropped off 4 days ago. The guys behind the counter were extremely rude and look like they were on some sort of drugs. I would stay away from Sullivan tire and Hyannis

I got a flat tire late afternoon Saturday and couldn’t return to cambridge on the spare tire. Ben saved me by replacing the tire right before the store closed. Highly recommend Sullivan.

I live in NH, but was headed to Cape Cod. I really needed a new set of tires on my new-to-me SUV. Customer Service was absolutely amazing! We were able to schedule an appointment at Sullivan Tire in Hyannis, MA within two days. The tires were shipped overnight to Hyannis. The car is running great! The alignment is perfect!

Stopped in for 1 tire patch from a nail, dude wouldn't even fix it, told me it be 3 days till he had an opening! Its a 15min fix! Poor service!!. Take your vehicle to cape & Island tire, I was in and out in 15 minutes! Awesome service.

Easy to schedule an appointment - service desk team was able to take the car early, the car was ready at the time specified and the cost was what was estimated on the website. no complaints about this service visit!

my brakes started grinding while i was on the cape during vacation. called this location on super short notice to see if they could get it done by the next day because we were leaving then. took the car over the same day and they had it done before the day was over! they also called to let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost which was very appreciated, and prices were reasonable.

Bret always gets me taken care of. Got me in on a friday no appointment. Took less than an hour for a new tire. Great service always. Call first, if it’s something minor they can maybe squeeze you in and get you back on the road sooner rather than later. Have came here a few times in the past year, very fair prices as well.

I have been going to Sullivan Tires for years now. They have always been professional and honest. My last experience just confirmed my belief in the way they do business.I brought my car in for a brake inspection. I heard a rough, grinding sound every time I cut the wheel hard. They checked it out and found it was just a loose panel rubbing against the wheel. Got my car back in tip top shape. No charge! Class act all the way.

I have been at Sullivan’s in Hyannis for 5 times. And finally I decided that I deserve be treated much better than I have been treated there. I like the service but the staff at the front desk definitely don’t know or don’t care about to be polite with clients especially with women. First I thought it could be because of my accent. The next time I thought it could be because I didn’t know or understood the auto parts. But after red the reviews I found out that more women complained about it and also about the costumer service. It was the last time that I took my car there.
