My recent experience left me incredibly disappointed with their customer service. After placing an online order for a work meeting, I needed to adjust the pick-up time due to a medical emergency. Upon calling the restaurant within minutes of placing the order, I was met with rude dismissal from the staff member who refused to accommodate my request.Upon arrival at the store, I overheard employees openly mocking the interaction I had with them, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. While timing constraints may have limited their flexibility, the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and brand representation is unacceptable.Overall, my experience was characterized by poor customer service and disrespectful behavior from staff members. It raises serious concerns about the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.

No one was there, waited and finally someone showed up but disappeared again. Why be open if the employees don't work?

The teriyaki chicken barely had any sauce. I'd prefer mayonnaise for chicken salad. There was only 1 Italian herb and cheese roll left..I didn't eat it all..The girl did a good job.She was alone and had called in orders as well.

You know what to expect at Subway for the most part. The food good, the service good. The only thing on the bad side was no bathroom available to use. Ownership can do better.

I almost didn't go here because of the reviews, but the reviews were almost a year ago. This subway was clean, worker was very nice and helpful, and overall food was great! On vacation and this subway was so much better than the one we have back at home. Definitely recommend!

Closed at 8:31 just because the worker wanted to get home early they don’t close until 9 PM… Whoever was working tonight april 25th 2023… sitting in the back on their phone I love subways but will no longer go here as my go to dinner option?

Did a mobile order . They didn’t have the ingredients , and didn’t give me my money back. Very rude girl working there. I had to wait for a 1/2 hr for someone to come in. Not the way you treat people.

I ordered in their app. Get there, and they voided the order bc they supposed didn't have the ingredients to make it. Although I saw them right in front of me. She was just lazy. I asked for my money back, and she says I have to wait 30 min till the asst manager gets there. He finally shows up to tell me I have to wait 3 days to get my money back. Yada and Gabriel. If you don't have the ingredients to make something I ordered, you don't charge. I'm not happy at all. I reported them to the corporate offices.

I would not recommend this place. We went and requested for 10 sandwiches. There was only 1 customer behind us even though employee rudely said he can't make 10 sandwiches and made only 5 sandwiches.We requested for wheat bread, we saw there were many wheat bread but employee refused on our face and didn't give wheat bread.Also, employee was racist, unprofessional and extremely rude. There are many subways in that area, pls go to different location.Also, complaining about this experience in Subway headquarters.

Ordered a veggie sub, and somehow got steak on it. I called them up. They said they could make me another , or give me refund. But I had to drive back. So I did. Waited behind 3 others getting their subs( another 10 minutes) , and $5 of gas later. Just an overall bad experience.
