I feel bad leaving this review because everyone is professional, nice, and the environment was clean, but I got charged upwards of 200 for 2"x2" a no shade, all black, line tattoo that took the guy maybe 15 minutes. I don't know if they charge tourist price because we were from out of town but this was supposed to be a meaningful tattoo to remember and it came out worse then a stick and poke tattoo. I was thinking maybe 80 dollars because that's how much a parlor around home charges for that size WITH shading, but I was appalled at there pricing, they didn't quote until it was done and then told us cash only at checkout, scummy. Squiggly lines, curves with bumps. I'm sorry if you charge 1k an hour, you need to be the best of the best and what I feel was apprenticeship.

My brother and I came in the other day. Our first time in this shop. We both gout our tattoos together by mathew! He was absolutely amazing and sweet! My brother absolutely loves his first tattoo!! I got my second tattoo. It was alot of fun and over needed lol. Most definitely will come back

If you can get past the very rude receptionist, it's probably a wonderful place. Passed just because of her. Found another in Hyannis.

I had a wonderful experience here, from calling to book an appointment to getting some beautiful art on my arm. I had a very peculiar space I wanted to fill, and Jason made it SING. The artists at this shop are all so dedicated to their art and their crafts. The environment is stellar - everyone was collaborative and encouraging of one another. The entire staff is so kind and attentive and supportive. I had total confidence in Jason to create something we were both hyped about. This is the kind of shop I'd go into and let any of the artists just fly with an idea with no hesitation and full trust. I'll be back!

Bright, clean, and friendly. Mark did both of my tattoos and was great and my daughter's was done by Joseph and she is very happy with it.

My first time at this shop was successful. I have lots of other tattoos, this was the largest. Here is my take away, I don’t know if the shop usually prioritizes walkins, but appointment was not for scheduled time. I got there for my 11 o clock, didn’t speak to artist till 12:30. The appointment was easy to get though, I called last week. It is quite pricey but the quality was there and the artist was very nice. I didn’t start getting tatted till 1:15 and I left at 330 and the tattoo was 500. But I do believe that for better quality it is pricier. I don’t know if I expected it to be that much, but I am in love with it, it is exactly what I wanted and the atmosphere was really inviting and the workers were very kind.

Mark is a dedicated great artist. He's done several large pieces for me and still have more to do! Highly recommend. Friendly and clean environment
