It's a convenience store, as long as you aren't sending in a child to buy lottery tickets for you, it's pretty hard to have a bad experience

Showed up at 4:58pm I needed gas to cut my lawn so our yard looked decent for a real estate showing and the long haired cashier who is always rude said “sorry were closed” After I waited forever for the “waiting for cashier” message and then @ 5:02 pm after I struggled to with the cc machine at pump then it finally accepted my credit card at pump denied to let me fill my gas can because he refused to turn on the pumps for us. Joyce landscape who had been working all day and I couldn’t fill up either.. I guess this speedway doesn't need our business do not give them you’re money! Get rid of that employee they don’t care about the people of osterville and doesn't understand how hard we all work gas not to mention how rude their being to ya every time we come in... need new staff in my opinion... sorry don’t go here

Don't try to pump gas before 6am when it "opens." Got there a few minutes before 6am, followed the pump instructions and waited for the "cashier pump authorization." I saw the cashier inside and honked without any acknowledgement. I pressed help on the pump without acknowledgement. I, as well as three others were very frustrated. At 6am the cashier told all of us over the intercom ... something (the disembodied voice could not be understood). We went inside. I told the cashier that the pumps should not take credit cards until 6am if you're not open (store hours are on the door not the pumps). He said the pumps are not on until six. I told him they were and flash ("awaiting cashier authorization"). He never listened. I told him to cancel my purchase. He said it was. I told him the pump still showed "awaiting cashier authorization." He said it wasn't. I found him uncooperative, uninformed and defensive and told him so. He threatened to "call the cops." I told him to please call them and asked what he would tell them. He said he would tell them I was "Rude to him." I just left, went the Cumberland station, and got on with my day. I recommend avoiding Speedway in Wilmington.

What in goonesses name did they do do make it so hard to pump gas? The interface takes forever to get to the main payment screen with ads or whatever. Then even when you put in a debit or credit card, it still has to await attendant approval. I don't want to stop for gas because it takes an extra 15 or 20 minutes just to use a card.

I am amazed at the difference in gas prices as you go from town to town in this area. Currently, the gas in Wilmington is about 18 cents a gallon cheaper than Tewksbury to the north and Woburn to the south. Speedway seems to be, roughly, the 2nd lowest gas prices in the area, tied with Cumbeland Farms and about 2 cents more than Prime. One thing I like about Speedway (and also Prime) is that you still pay the same price for gas whether you pay cash or credit. The market here is smaller than average, though still larger than a mini-mart.

Nice gas station. Convenient at the corner of 2 state numbered routes in (Routes 27 and 58) in southeastern Mass. Appears to be the cheapest gas around. And it has a nice convenience store with a Dunkin Donuts inside.
