I had great service, and when I might have purchased a gallon, the salesman asked what my project was and determined that I only needed a quart. I really appreciate that!

Went in to order some paid for a outside project, Gus was the salesman who was at the counter. I asked him for the specific paint, he replied he didn’t have any and asked me to call him tomorrow as that was when it was scheduled to arrive. I then asked Gus if he could call me when it arrives and he looked at me like I had 6 heads. He never called , terrible customer service!

I went in on Sunday evening, the store was quiet but the young lady working was all smiles and greeted me right away. I was looking for a specific stain that they did not have, she apologized profusely and offered me similar stains to the one i wanted. She was so friendly and nice which is what keeps me coming back to this store, i didn’t care that the stain wasn’t available because her customer service was so outstanding! Keep up the good work SW and thank you to the nice girl who assisted me!

Stopped this sat am for a color matchI have had this exact color matched at other sw stores. Right off the girl said with an attitude she can't match it. Made zero effort to try. I told her that I get this exact color matched at other sw. Still made zero effort. Went to home depot, they matched it perfect with a smile on their face.. sorry, but this girl does not represent Sherwin Williams well #Fail !!!

You need to sell cost effective samples to test colors not require a quart. I could have gone to Home depot and get a sample size matched to your colors for 60% less cost
