I went into Rockland Trust in Centerville Massachusetts because I was told they have Notary services. I walked in and every teller greeted me warmly. I had about ten pages to have notarized and I am not a customer of the bank. A lady named Sarah sat down with me and notarized all my documents. She was so pleasant and patient and got it done expeditiously. I asked how much I owed and she said, “Nothing”!! I was so impressed that this bank does this for anyone who needs it done. As I left, every one said goodbye and I actually felt that I should open an account there. What a pleasure to deal with a company whose employees like their jobs. Lovely experience

Ever since I moved to Cape Cod the bank Rockland trust on the island is a nice bank. It's a small chain of banks that u can only use on the Cape but considering I don't have much movement it works out well. Wish there was some along

I love my bank, it's clean. They are friendly professional and welcoming. And they seemed to know everybody by their first names. Very happy place to do banking.

Excellent customer service! Like that when I come into lobby they know my name even. I was wuth CC5 10+ yrs and they didn't kniw my name nor did they even smile. All looked mad. It's comforting when the same people are at a bank branch. You get to know them. I will miss Jeff!! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. It's shame he's no longer at Centerville branch!!!

Rockland Trust continues to charge me $35 for every overdraft and an additional $35 for insufficient funds. So every time a debit comes in I am charged $70. We’ve been closed for over a week, and they continue to hit me with penalties. I had a charge of $10, which ended up costing me $80. Please do not do any business with this bank.
