Beautiful store, very personalized shopping experience with approachable, helpful staff, and fabulous lines of clothing to look through. I spent big and it was well worth it!

Came in to get skis for our upcoming trip. I must come in at wrong time because the young man working was by himself and seemed to be multi-tasking with a customer, phone calls and us. I filled out the rental waiver and he said he would get some help. No one helped and we left after 15 minutes of him on the phone. I don't know who is running the place now, but two thumbs down. This place used to be the place to get skis. Not anymore, just save yourself some money and get them at the mountain.

I cannot say enough about the customer service here. I had bought online only to find out that they were offering 50.00 for in store shopping. The sales agent (Megan) in the Chatham store not only honored the discount she helped me pick out some items that were out of stock , wrapped the items and sent it to me. I've never had such a great customer experience like this. I'd give Puritan 10 stars !!!!!

Always a great experience at the Ski Shop! Thank you to Scott for assisting us today with a Junior Ski Lease for my 9 year old. Super simple process, he was thoughtful and courteous to my son - and they were busy! Highly recommended!

Love this store and their selection but the sales people were horrible. No one even said hello to me. I would have purchased a lot more than I did had someone offered to help out and find sizes. I wasn’t even acknowledged until I checked out.

My family and I stumbled across Puritan Cape Cod during a recent visit to the Chatham and I am so grateful we did! Their retail and customer service are exceptional. Laura Davis is a gem and has been so incredibly responsive and helpful with a return/exchange I had to make from Georgia. It is so refreshing and makes me not want to shop anywhere else!

The older man in a suit was glaring us down the whole time in the store and following us as we walked around. I apologize we didn't look the part, but being welcoming to customers and asking if we need help is part of the job. He lost a sale today, you shouldn't judge people based on how they look.

This is where they keep all the items that the 99% aren't supposed to know about. If prices concern you, don't go in to see the good stuff-the really good stuff. Id like to only wear things from here, but my suitcase can only take so much...

No where else in the state could this wanna be overpriced white washed boutique work besides the south shore/cape cod. The brands are all sub par quality for the price, employees don’t know much about clothing/brands or fashion in general. They don’t cater to short men/women or thicker men/women. Their ski shop is horrendous for the amount of money on cape/islands. I have family that loves it there but then again their knowledge of quality is unmatched by their need to be as white as possible while thinking they are dressing superior to others.
