Great place to pick up some treats for the dogs. Lots of help from the person working here as well. I will come back if ever in town again. Love the deserts for the dogs as well. The set up inside the store was also neat and orderly.

Warmth, from the second you walk in the one word that comes to mind is warmth. This spot is run by someone who so clearly loves everyone’s four legged family as well as the people who shop here. I was walking my pup across the street and on the way to dinner with the family and thought how nice it would be to grab a little something for the pup. Walking in we were greeted with such personal and lovely people. It felt like family. My pup was in heaven, treats so gloriously curated and even a little doggie treat bar complete with pupachinnos, something I am so happy to know exists! If you are around in Hyannis with a pup or want to get a gift for someone you love this is purely perfect. I’m overjoyed I stepped in. It’s rare that a single shop can make an evening and this one really did

Young woman was so nice an accommodating. She got me in right away. Was so gentle with my dog who is very nervous around new people. She gave me back wonderful feed back on my baby. The store is wonderful all catering dogs. Toys, clothes, treats. What a wonderful find this place is. Can't say enough on how happy I am.

This is such a beautiful, friendly, happy place. I am writing to say that Alex the groomer does the most perfect a job on my dog Henry. I am so grateful. I wish I lived here year/round so Henry could get Alex’s attention every six weeks. Thank you Alex! Great store, loads of dog food and toys and accessories. And pupcakes.

Useless. Made an appointment for my labradoodle well in advance, 6 weeks after her previous cut. When I brought her in groomer said that she was matted and needed to be shaved all over. Ridiculous. There were areas which needed brushing out and trimmed back but she is brushed daily and shampooed regularly. The attitude was also fairly rude and take it or leave it, without any attempt to work with me as a new client. I left.

I couldn’t say enough about how lovely our shopping experience here was. We had our two standard poodle puppies with us and they helped us find a new harness for our female pup. We were camping and her harness had a small tear in it. We had our kids and dogs with us and they were so kind and helpful. We live in CT and can’t wait to go back!

We have been bringing our Golden Retriever (Teddy) here since he was a puppy for treats and grooming. First - they have an amazing selection of fun treats. My kids love picking out goodies at the doggie bakery and we like the Earth Animal line of “no hide” bones.Second - I have found their grooming services to be superb. We don’t get a haircut often but we bring him for a bath, nails, teeth every 5 weeks. We love love love the way he smells after. One reviewer stated their dog was “too fragrant”. We think the shampoo and good smell is the best part. Our kids love the way Teddy smells afterwards. The owner is kind and responsive and we have had no issues. As far as their prices we have have found them to be fairly priced. We like supporting a local place and family and I would recommend Pupcakes wholeheartedly.Jesse

Not what I was hoping for. I think they are fine, nice enough, they shampooed and cut my dogs hair and trimmed her nails. It took almost 2 1/2 hours so it was a lot of work. I have a 6 month old whoodle and she needed a trim. It was her first haircut.I brought in my own shampoo, a Burt's Bees dog shampoo and asked if they would use it but they said they wouldn't. They said they had a fragrance free shampoo they could use which I took a look at and it seemed okay. I should have opened the bottle to smell it.The haircut's okay. I wish they had left more on her face but I wasn't specific about what I wanted other than the overall length and leaving her tail alone which they did. When I picked her up I didn't get to talk with the groomer so I don't know how she did in there. But that was because my son got her and I came in a minute too late.It cost $150 plus the tip which was more than I was expecting but also it took a long time, longer than I thought it would so that's not a complaint, just information. When we got in the car with her all we could smell was the fragrance from the shampoo. We took her to the beach to let her run around and get curly again and hoped the salt water and sun would wash off the smell but of course that didn't work.I brought her home and put her in the tub and washed her with the Burt's Bees but she still smells like perfume. Fragrance is so hard to get rid of which is why I didn't want them to use their shampoo.Oh well, live and learn.I think overall, they are fine but I don't think I'll go back. I'm sort of particular about chemicals and smells and toxins, but that's just me.I also wish I had brought a picture of what I wanted. I told myself to do that and then forgot.I'm neither here nor there about them but thought I'd share my experience in case it helps you decide whether or not to try them out and suggest your bring a photo of what you like. It's a bummer to spend so much money and not love the result.

I brought my dog there for grooming because it had many knots. The attendant told me the whole process would take about 4 hours because it would be a slow process to not traumatize the dog, information that I confirmed in eight groomers. As the initial treatment given to her was quite satisfactory, I preferred to have the grooming done right there, at Pupcakes, even though it was a little more expensive. I left the dog at the scheduled time. Exactly an hour and a half later I was informed that the grooming had been completed. Why so fast? Since the day of the grooming I have not recognized her. She was always happy, playful, loved to run everywhere. Since the day of the grooming she shakes all the time. She doesn't eat properly, doesn't drink water, hides in corners, or under anything that can keep her away from us. The vet said these are symptoms of trauma. Exactly as told by the attendant that this is what would happen if the big clipping like that was done quickly. I will not go back to this establishment ever again. If you have love for your dog think about it.
