Excellent customer service, they treated me so well when I came in with a flat tire close to closing time. They went above and beyond to help me out. The manager and the service tech were kind, quick, efficient and professional. I would return again and highly recommend them.

Went there and was turned away rudley, as I explained my tire issue the man said " we don't have time for that " the gentleman in the waiting room waiting looked at me and shrugged and shoulders and told me I don't work here but I can help!! Wow, I will not recommend to a single soul...

Dennis and team in Hyannis are professional and have integrity -something I look for in a mechanic. We won't go anywhere else for auto repairs. I trust them and have been coming for years and will continue to do so. They give you the real scoop and don't try to "take" anyone. This is number one with me in looking for auto repair for our vehicles. Over 125K on my 2017 Jeep and going strong because of this team!

I have heard good things about Monro and years ago had a really good experience, neither of which prepared me for what happened today. They fixed the brake problem and wouldnt let me pay them for the work. I will be a regular customer here going forward and will tell all my friends. They are kind and know that attention to details is an important part of operating a successful business. Thank you Monro!

Incredible customer service. Dennis and his team were amazing. We had a flat and were in a pinch and the crew at Monro were able to get us in and on the road in no time! Would definitely go here again.

This is about the Hyannis location. Completely satisfied with the work. Final price was hundreds less than original estimate. That doesn’t happen too often! Busy shop but work was completed ahead of time. Hard workers who know what they’re talking about. Will definitely go back.

These guys, particularly the manager "Mike" ripped me off badly when I was new to driving. This was a long time ago, over ten years but seeing other bad reviews similar to mine prompted me to share my experience as it seems they are still at it. Mike told me I needed new wheel bearings, so I had them replace them for around $700/800. About three months later my wheels made a bad sound. I brought it to a trusted mechanic, it was the bearings. I dont know what they did to my vehicle but it sure wasn't the bearings.

Amazing customer service! I called in a panic on a holiday. Even though most other tire places weren't even open, the guys at Monro got me in and had a new tire on my car in a matter of hours. They were friendly and professional, and when it came time to pay, my total was exactly what they quoted me with no hidden fees or up charges. I was very impressed and recommend them to everyone on the Cape!

Tried calling several times and no one picked up. Ended up making reservation online but when I showed up he said he couldn't see me for another 2 weeks. Then he laughed and said next time call. Total j**** Avoid those place.
