Grown up on Cape....never been-- always went to Jiffy lube because it was just comfortable and convenient (so i thought). I kept hearing people tell me to \\\"go to Mobil 1\\\" and i did. Best experience to date----extremely professional, FAST!!, thorough, amazing customer service, very reasonable prices and George (sp?) is a really nice guy.!! Overall 10/10 and i wont be going any where else from now on!

Easy peasy, no pressure to upsell services. Waiting room and bathroom were clean. Kurig coffee for customers.

Brought my 2020 MB GLE350 for oil change. Upon leaving 1/4 away after oil change, my vehicle started hesitating while driving with heavy smoke coming from rear exhaust. Immediately driving back to facility, they indicated they drained oil and redid the service. After technician drove out to be sure all was well, only to return with my vehicle smoking yet again. Third attempt and two hours later, all appeared well. However, after requesting them to pay for an authorized MB dealership diagnostic be performed to be sure my vehicle was not damaged, they agreed to reimburse me, only to nullify that decision. I wouldn't trust this business. Go elsewhere!

These guys are great. I bring my work truck and personal car here and they always look out for me. Giving me a heads up if I need something g repaired before just repairing it. They're just all around good guys.

Had a gift certificate that they refused to honor saying it was too old there's no expiration on a gift certificate... And the guy yelled at me in public Infront of an entire waiting room of people

Amazing service! Beyond helpful! My car was leaking a lot of oil, and I didn’t know what was wrong with it. I’ll pulled in 10 minutes before closing, and they were courteous and totally willing to help me. Fixed it in no time. And the price was more than fair. Highly recommend.
