Millway Marina did a repower and complete overall of our boat. Exceptional service and communication! Carla was amazing and Mark added some fantastic lights. Looks like a whole new boat! Highly recommend Millway Marina!!

These are great people! Millway Marina is a class operation! They went out of their way to help us launch our boat, guide us through the process, give us some very important pointers and tips, which as new boat owners we desperately needed. Cameron and Mike saw we were in trouble and did not know how to properly launch our Boston Whaler at the Hyannis Public Launch. Their willingness to stop and give us a hand in their very hectic day was truly enlightening. If this is how they treat people who aren't customers, I can only imagine how good they treat people that are!

I’ve been working with Dana for months he went above and beyond he got me into a amazing boat and even after the sale we have stayed in communication. He’s touched base to make sure I’m happy and how’s its running all the above. Mike in the service department also has been awesome to work with. From bottom paint to upgrades Mike got it done. I’ll probably continue to trailer my boat over a hour and half just so Millway can continue the maintenance and other out of scope work I can’t do. Forever have my business.

Kudo’s to Millway Marine for the exceptional service we have recently experienced with them in re-powering our boat with new twin MERCURY outboards along with upgrading the electronics to a full SIMRAD array. From “start to finish”, Mike Preservati was a pleasure to deal with. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient and a true “man of his word.”Thank you Mike, Ian and the entire Millway Marine service team for their very professional work and the ultimate outcome which exceeded our expectations.

Ive been dealing with Dana Bassett for about 3 weeks now buying a used vessel at Millway Marine .I have nothing but great things to say about him ! He has answered all my texts emails and phone calls promptly! But most importantly has patiently worked with the bank I used to make sure they received the proper paperwork.Hes never acted like any salesman Ive ever dealt with and was very down to earth and becuase of his professionalism made the sale very easy He even launched the boat on a cold windy rainy day so I could sea trial it.Very impressed and will definitely buy again here.

Not impressed with sales manager Dana Bassett at all. Communication is limited at best and only when convenient for him. Was trying to purchase a used BW and even agreed to buy with a credit card sight unseen as I’m outta state. Not once did he ever call on the phone other than his initial call to make the sale. Communication after that was almost non existent and when he did find time it was by text or email. Really? Hope his boss sees all the negative reviews and comments... I did not until after formulating my own opinion and it looks like I was right on the money. Very unimpressed... don’t expect much if you buy from them. Even though I’m outta state my entire family is south of Boston and on the cape. I’ll make sure they start spreading the word.
