My sister ordered flowers at MP Florist to be delivered to me following surgery. These flowers were never delivered. Multiple calls to them have gone to voicemail with no call back. Similarly, an email to them has gone unanswered. So after 12 days, this order has not been filled. This is HORRIBLE business practice. No response from this business is TERRIBLE customer service.

Ordered flowers on behalf of a friend who had a stroke to thank his sister on the one year anniversary and heard NOTHING from the company. I paid in advance and it wasn't until I reported a fraud to the credit card a week later that I was ultimately credited back after phone and email messages to MP Florals went unanswered. Really? Not a word? I ordered two larger items last year when my friend had the stroke. Both were delayed but lovely. I feel I deserved much better service and at least a direct word from the vendor who left me hanging. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was extraordinariliy frustrating as we waited to hear whether anything had been delivered.

I wanted a local florist to deliver an arrangement to my mother on Mother's day. I chose MP Florals in Hyannis. I called several days prior and paid for the order via phone, and explained what i wanted in detail. The Owner said "would it be ok that the arrangement was delivered any day between now and Sunday". It arrived at 6 pm Mother's day and looked like a mish-mosh of flowers nothing like I described. Do Not Use MP Florals they are a Big Disappointment!

My order will be received on the 27th. There is no response to the message call on the 29th today. There will be no flowers for the farewell ceremony tomorrow. Your store should respond to my instructions responsibly.

Had ordered flowers for a best friends funeral. The flower display was absolutely beautiful! My late friend enjoyed planting flowers in her multiple gardens, it was nice to be able to honor her with this beautiful arrangement! Cory thank you so much for the wonderful floral spray

Timely delivery of beautiful flowers with a cheerful smile. I was so anxious to get the flowers to my wife that I'm afraid I didn't thank the young woman who delivered the flowers enough. Thanks! Will use MP Florals again!

Could not recommend MP Florals enough. I got married last week, and Cory and her team executed my vision for wedding florals perfectly. They even put together a stunning bridal arch on the beach in 20mph winds, which stayed put during the entire ceremony! The centerpieces, corsages, and bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely to die for. I got so many compliments! Definitely hire MP Florals for your wedding or other occasion!

My interaction was by phone, so I can't speak to the shop, but they were very accommodating, pleasant, and the flowers got raves. Will certainly use them in the future.

Delivery never showed up. Called multiple times over 4 days and was told it was either on a delivery truck (still never received days after that call) or never picked up or responded to multiple voice mails. Absolutely disappointing and terrible customer service.
