I've never dealt with a more crooked fraudulent shop in my lifetime, went there for Warrenty work after ten weeks and nothing transpired, had to tow to dealership to resolve, excuse after excuse, had a third party inspector who recommended moving truck to a dealership the only other time he had been on Thornton drive was to go to Claudio's for a fraudulent claim by them do not use this shop you have been warned, also stay away from cape cod car and truck another shady dealer who sends you to Claudio for Warrenty because he helps Claudio put in fraudulent claims after he sells you a lemon again you have been warned stay away please

I was having a problem with my Honda Element giving me multiple false alarms regarding service that was (not) needed. The dealership wanted to charge me $1,300 for a new on board computer. Claudio checked things out, reset the computer, did a test drive, and solved the problem for $35. It's been 8 weeks and there have been no further problems. I recommend them. They are competent and honest.
