Staff was very inappropriate it is not professional for a male employee to walk around wearing a toy that matches his skin tone making off color jokes to female employees. Will not recommend to anyone.

Staff particularly at the adult shop do not do their job and are unhelpful,I showed up asking for help i was ignored and lied to and then when I tried to call in was hung up on. Plenty of shops in the area if your looking for tabbaco products would not choose this one at least with the current Staff that was on.

People are very unfriendly and there is a kids toy shop connected to it but no way to get in there without your kids seeing plastic wieners and other delightful things. The kids toy shop has a sign to go through the adult store. Don’t have a kids store attached to a adult store then yell at people that you can’t get in the store at all . What a joke

This store wasn't a planned destination. I had a few minutes so I dropped in to satisfy my curiosity. What a great decision. I had a very pleasant shopping experience ! I was greeted by 2 very nice professional people and chit-chatted a bit and basically said if you have any questions feel free to ask. I ended up buying a few novelty items that had me laughing for some time..After checking out I was given a very generous discount coupon for a January visit. I'm sure I'll be back and if you've wanted to go in but have been hesitating, go in and check them out !!!

My husband and I weren't going to even bother going in the store based on the reviews... Glad we did though because we found what we needed we had excellent assistance and found the store had excellent stock available!

Worst place ever. It's not a joke shop anymore. It's now an adult store and vape. I was in there for 30 mins just looking around and no one asked me if I needed help and no one was even in the store.

There seems to be a new addition to the employee roster. S/he is not difficult to locate - and not just because of the dyed hair in pigtails. But because s/he is friendly, knowlegeable about the various product lines, and manages to handle customers with candor and professionalism in an environment that probably presents a challenge to all of those things.

Used to love bringing the kids in here. Always the highlight of the night.. The man who worked behind the counter always had a smile, joke,magic trick to show the kids. Last night we stopped in- most of the kids inventory was gone replaced with adult gag gifts, no tricks, jokes or magic. The counter associate never even said hi. Looks like the joke store is just an adult smoke shop now with lingerie and gag gifts. Not kid friendly IMO
