I took a wide band silver ring in for sizing (a difficult job that had been refused by jewelers closer to me). They did an excellent job and the turnaround time was extremely fast (especially for the holiday season). They emailed me to let me know the ring was ready just like I requested and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Never go to this store, so unprofessional. I gave this guy my brand new watch to adjust the chain and he made a scratch on the stainless steel. Just insane.

I have had 8 custom pieces made including 2 extremely beautiful one of a kind multi diamond color wedding bands. As well as unique custom mens jewelry pieces that no one else could make for me. The owner as well as his staff have always helped me in anything I have gone there for. I don't trust anyone else with any design besides Jewlecraft.

Jewelcraft was amazing! They replaced my watch battery in 5 minutes for a very reasonable cost. On top of that they made my tarnished ring look brand new! Would highly recommend. Great location with a ton of beautiful products.

Came down for the weekend of labor day for my birthday and bought my mother a ring which was sized for me and unfortunately it was the wrong size. I was very thrilled and did purchase other jewelry. The reason why I gave this 3 stars is because my mother and I came back hoping someone could fix this and I would have paid to have it fixed. Unfortunately nobody must have seen me standing there as he gave the woman a little attitude saying he wouldn't do it and have to send it out. Yet it was sized while I was there last time don't know if it was an off day but that was not the same experience the first time. I took the ring back and left pretty upset with how I was treated or the attitude I recieved for making a simple mistake.

Jewelcraft really is the best around. Gary does an amazing job at custom orders and making sure you’re 100% happy with your jewelry. The whole staff here is educated and helpful! The most reasonable repair costs around and truly amazing quality work. Their jewelry is also such nice high end quality, all around amazing place. I’d give 100 stars if I could.

I stopped in to Jewelcraft on a whim to take a look at the sterling jewelry. 2 very sweet sales ladies helped me out and were super friendly and accommodating. I ended up buying one of the bracelets and they helped find the perfect size and shaped it better for my wrist. We live on Cape and have never stopped in before but I'll be sure to stop in again soon. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend looking for something special. Thanks again!!

My wife and I have been doing business here for decades. Gary the owner is a master craftsman with both repairing and creating new jewelry pieces. His prices are always fair and honest. Free gift wrapping, too.Recently, I stopped in to find a small gold giraffe pendant for my wife who is crazy about giraffes. I was on a tight schedule - she was waiting for me at a restaurant down the street - and Gary found exactly what I wanted for her. Then, I asked if he could add a small diamond for an eye; no problem! I was out the door in less than 20 minutes...and you know what? She hasn't taken off that necklace in two months since I gave it to her! She even wore it to visit her favorite giraffes at the Animal Adventure Park near Binghamton NY, home of "April the Giraffe" and her son, Taj.

Beware - if you’re looking for an authentic cape cod bracelet, do not buy from this place. I bought a “cape cod bracelet” here, and the store refused to give my money back after I learned they’re not LeStage bracelets and went back asking questions and with quality concerns (same price though, of course). The guy tried to explain his way out and told me it’s normal for sterling to tarnish within three days. Two stars because they do have nice silver jewelry otherwise, but this place is a scam and you need to buy your cape cod bracelet from somewhere more reputable instead (there’s an authorized seller for the real thing on the same block).
