If I could give more stars, I would. Their customer service is one of the best I have experienced with jewelers as a whole, the worker's are very friendly! Ron and Alex are wonderful with how they've helped me with my selections. Although Ahmad wasn't the one who helped me this time during my purchase, he was friendly and helpful all the same.

Recently just made two trips to Hannoush in the Cape Cod Mall. The first trip, my fiancé and I were simply browsing for possible wedding rings for each other. During this visit, we got to work with Ron, he was very polite and informative over financing options and if the ring we wanted was gone, they would be able to custom make one similar to the one we had liked if needed.
After further consideration, my fiancé and I headed back to the same Hannoush, where we were helped by Alex, who also was very professional and polite. We were told of how the business takes pride in establishing relationships with their clients and how they will provide free ring sizes, cleanings, and checking on the rings if we bring them back in.
Overall, a really great time and a pleasure working with Ron and Alex! We will certainly be shopping with them again in the future!

If you need anything custom this is the place my wife and I got our wedding bands here, hers; two diamonds wrapping around the single stone beautiful work we feel like we are part of their family we just brought our first child in ? highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service. I have only gone in for “little things”, watch battery, etc. But they give me the same level of service and courtesy as the client buying diamonds. When I am ready to finally upgrade to a Real Watch I will be buying at Hannoush Jewelers at the Cape Cod Mall.

Alex and Ron took very good care of me from the second I walked in. Got my watch appraised here and within 2 minutes they gave me a price. These guys are the best and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. If you’re looking for any jewelry, these guys will definitely take care of you.

Brought my Bering watch in to have battery replaced. After waiting for only a few minutes for the person ahead of me, the battery was replaced for no fee!! Remarkable!
