Showed up at 10am (when store was supposed to be open) no one was there and gate was down. We came back 15 minutes later and gate was still down and an employee was inside. We asked when they would open and she rudely held up stacks of cash in each hand and said “when the drawer is done”

This is a wonderful Francesca's. Lyndsy remembered me from my visit in September and/or November!! I forgot to "add a business" to Yelp so I could publicly applaud her awesomeness. Today was a petty busy day in the Mall. I went into Francesca's to take a break from pajama-hunting. Lyndsy spotted me right away and asked how I was. This was pretty cool because I live in PA. I bought a few stocking stuffers and noticed that her demeanor with everyone was upbeat and positive. Kindness matters. She is truly an asset to Francesca's. And to the Cape Cod Mall. I will "pop in" prior to my departure next week. If you get the chance to go in to see all the fab finds in Francesca's, enjoy! And ask for Lyndsy.
