After researching for countless hours on the internet and driving around trying mattresses we ended our quest at Flanagan Mattress. Joe is a brutally honest old school soul. We drove from Boston for our mattress and will do it again! Communication was beyond reproach throughout the whole process! Delivery team was fast clean and professional! Thanks for the great experience!

I can’t say enough about what a great shopping experience this has been. I looked for 3 years and finally found exactly what I wanted, for great price. Joe was great. Delivered today. Quality is as expected - no surprises. Delivery guys were great. They showed up exactly when predicted. Shock! Great all-around. Reasonable price on removing old furniture/delivery. And no market-it-up to market it down. Very refreshing! ????

This store should be called UNICORN MATTRESSES because the owner is honest and doesn't play the typical mattress scam game you find at other bedding retailers. A good selection of traditional and foam construction mattresses and furniture at realistic and reasonable prices.

Just purchased a two sided mattress from Flanagans almost 2 weeks ago. After LOADS of research and mattress hopping around all the stores on the Cape, went back to Flanagans and layed on a double sided Gold Bond mattress and bingo, it felt better than the sterns and foster studio med pillow top I was eyeing. could not justify the price or had the money to buy. Fell in love with the medium plush Gold Bondmattress. Sleeping so well and great mattress and price too Than k you Mr Flanagan.

Upon a recommendation from a friend who knew i was looking to buy a new bed, i went to Flanagan's Matress. There was a wide variety of bed types to select from...no sales pressure just guidance when I told him what I was looking for. I bought the bed that night & they delivered promptly, moved the bed into the upstairs bedroom & assembled. Great products & service & would highly recommend ?

Needed two new twin mattresses for a guest room. Went to big mattress chain store. Got a lot of double talk from a salesman who offered us a 50% discount off a store-brand "value mattress" that wasn't all that comfortable -- price valid for a limited time during their Memorial Day sale -- and tried to sell us new boxsprings as well (saying that if we use old boxsprings with a new mattress they could damage the mattress and void the mattress's warranty). Memory foam mattresses that were more to my liking were out of our budget at the chain store. Unconvinced and on sort of a whim, we then went to Flanagan's, where we were met by Joe who listened and understood exactly what we were looking for, invited me to lie down on a memory foam mattress that I loved (and assumed would be crazy expensive). He said he thought he could get us a good price on it because the model is being discontinued. He called us the next day as promised with a confirmed price for these much nicer mattresses that was less than the chain store's sale price for the less comfortable mattresses. Lovely, highly professional men delivered them today (for no delivery charge -- unlike the chain store) and looked at our boxsprings for us and confirmed that they are totally fine and there is no reason to replace them. And they patiently waited while we vacuumed under the mattress and then put on new clean covers for us on the two new mattresses and the two old boxsprings. Bottom line: Great deal on two great mattresses with great service from a straight-talking local guy. We would recommend Joe Flanagan to anyone on Cape Cod looking to buy a mattress.

I was in need of a mattress for my home in Florida. Had purchased a mattress from Joe @ Flanagan’s Mattress in Hyannis five years ago for my Nantucket home and absolutely love it. Called Joe the other day and asked if he could ship the same model to me in Florida. Joe told me that it would be cost prohibitive to do so, but he would get me the current mattress model and locations in Florida to purchase. The next day he sent an email with current matching mattress and locations near me. This is service you rarely find in people and companies these day. Joe is not only honest, generous, but went above and beyond to help me out. I can not thank him and recommend Joe and his store for your next mattress.

I needed to replace four twin mattresses and box springs, and feel fortunate to have been steered in the direction of this shop. If you are shopping for a mattress on the Outer Cape, this is the place to go. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, and helped me with selection. Mr. Flanagan was Great! We were in a real bind to get mattresses quickly and he had stock where other places did not have any stock during the pandemic. The delivery was quick, the service was professional and when we needed extra things he said no problem, get it to you right away. The prices were better than Any of the other quotes we had gotten. We love the mattresses and we will be back for more soon.
