Just went in on a Sunday, most of the employees unhelpful and lazy. Too busy trying to look cool and not helping customers. Another employee called the kid out and the kid didn’t even try to help me . Looked like I was an inconvenience. Walked right out.

I had an issue with an in-store order that I had placed and was having troublr getting the tracking information. In this day and age I had to go into the store so they could verify my identity over the customer support hot-line. No big deal as I live right up the street from the store. I called and spoke to Brendan, one of the managers there, and he told me to come into the store to assist with the tracking. Upon arriving to the store he was there waiting for me to help with my order as well as helping out the rest of his co-workers and other customers that were in the store. He has impeccable multi-tasking skills.He got ahold of customer support and got my tracking information just like that and it will be arriving this Saturday!I appreciate the way he was kind and extremely helpful in getting me the tracking information as well as helping me find some more outfits for the approaching winter!Brendan is an asset to this company and he deserves a raise!!11/10 stars.

Worst employee behaviour ever. Didn’t even let me try the clothes… None of them helped me and find my shoe size all pretending to be busy while there is noone in the store.

Great Experience over there, I was traveling over there on Cape looking for shoes and the Sales Manager helped me out a lot and made sure he found exactly what I was looking for, I could tell the minute he was describing the shoes and performance stability he knew what he was talking about. I ended up buying 2 great shoes and a few clothing he suggested that new and only carried at his store which made felt like I was buying something exclusive. I’m glad there’s still Great Customer Service in theses few Retail Stores theses days and he also kept a great hair cut with wonderful eyes I’m sure I’ll be shopping here on my next visit

Went to this JD location not too long ago and was greeted by the nicest employee named Tatum I believe. She was very helpful and had a great personality while helping me. I came in just to look around but she directed me to the mens shoe department and explained to me what the Global access products was which I thought was pretty cool. Ended finding a pair of shoes that I wanted to buy and she also showed me an outfit that went perfectly with it that I also wanted to buy. All n all, I’d definitely shop here again for the mere fact that I had no intention on buying anything but walked out with an outfit and shoes to match.

I had bought a pair of $100 shoes in their Cape Cod location on vacation. When I got home, I realized the box contained two right shoes. No big deal, just send in the shoe and get the right one back, or literally any other simple solution. Wrong. They told me the only way I can return or exchange my item is if I go back to that store, since it was in person and not online. The closest JD to me is 3 hours away. They refuse to help and or even listen to me try and explain it is impossible for me to make that trip simply because I bought them on vacation. I talked to multiple customer service agents on the phone, and all I got was crappy reception and rude women. Extremely disappointed. Will always buy straight from Nike. Although this is not entirely the Cape Cod store's fault, I wanted to warn anyone before purchasing from any JD location that if there is anything wrong with your purchase it will stay wrong and no one will even try to resolve it.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve come across, I was at the cash register ready to check out, there was two staff at the cash register flirting with a younger girl for three minutes before attending to me, even when he attended to me I wanted to put back 1 back pack because I no longer wanted it and he looked at me and ask me if I was gonna leave it on the counter instead of putting it back then they all laughed and gave me attitude for the rest of my check out. Is this a kid show??? I wish I could give a 0 star

Horrible horrible experience!!! Corporate should investigate this Jd sports because Some of the employees and managers hold sneakers for themselves and they lie about having sneakers or not.. For example I had called this jd to ask for a pair of sneakers he told me they don’t have them so I still ended up going to see for myself because I live within 5 mins of the mall and when I got there I asked one of the workers for the same shoe I just called about and he told me yes they have it in the back I’ll get it for you!!! I will never believe them when they say something over the phone!! Btw this wasn’t the first time they did something like that

Picked up some Jordan 4s from this JD at the Hyannis Mall. The store was is in immaculate condition and very easy to shop in. The customer service was more than professional. I wasn’t expecting to find the Oreos in stock but JD had em’. Kudos to the store managers and Tatum for the professionalism!
