We would like to express what a pleasure it was to work with Laura Gibson in the Ethan Allen Hyannis store! Laura really listened to us and understood what we wanted in our Nantucket home. She was creative and had great ideas for a small space. We hope to work with Laura in the future!

Worked on two project this year with Design Consultant Karen Gill. In short, Karen is amazing! She went above and beyond with steadfast dedication, insight, partnership and above all else style. Her ideas were fresh, elegant and sophisticated - just like you would expect from Ethan Allen. But she didn't stop with design she explained her rationale for her suggestions and stuck with us - side by side through the entire project(s). She was as excited as we were to see the completed spaces. Incredible experience beginning to end - and won't hesitate to come back any time we need furniture or more design ideas. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

I had the pleasure working with Design Consultant, Dawn Ventre at Ethan Allen furnishing our new home. Dawn was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She took her time with me, allowed me to share my ideas and then offered her professional expertise. It was a pleasure working with Dawn picking out wood and fabric colors together. Her suggestions and ideas were great!!! Our new home is beautiful furnished thanks to Dawn.

I have bought many items from Ethan Allen over the years and have been very pleased. 8 years ago I got an upholstered bed and loved it. On cape cod with Heather as my consultant. She did a great job. Wanted same headboard in Westboro in 2022 with different fabric. Bought it at Natick. Fabric was puckered and considered inappropriate for a headboard from two different apolster companies. Ethan Allen offered to replace it which was great. While the headboard was less puckered (not like my Cape set which was perfect) the cording across the front was seamed in the front instead of seamless. For several thousand dollars this is unacceptable. I didn’t even bother to report it because it’s apparent Ethan Allen’s standard of quality has declined. I can’t keep waiting for a custom headboard to be right. Never had a problem before and never complained before. Should have ordered it from wayfair for a lot less money.

We paid over $2000.00 for an 8x10 rug we have had for approximately 1 year. It gets very little traffic in a guest bedroom and it looks like it's 10 years old. We purchased a $300 rug at home goods for our living room which gets daily traffic and it looks brand new. Qualty of Ethan Allen has gone way down. Save yourself thousands of dollars and shop somewhere else!!!

Just had a stellar experience with Hyannis Design Consultant Dawn Ventre! She matched the colors of my vintage drapes perfectly, made certain the irregular small doors on my tiny cottage could accommodate my sofa purchase and created the the exact sophisticated vintage beach vibe I was looking for! :)

Dawn was so wonderful to work with - she designed a wonderful family room for an odd shaped ski house that turned out comfortable, functional and stylish. We were so happy with her, we decided to have her design our living room and family room in Virginia! She's friendly, responsive, and very tuned into your style and needs. Highly recommend her!!!

Hands down a best of choice in furniture & low key interior design (no hard pressure or attitude). I loved working with Dawn Vintre; she fed off by idea & sofa color pattern exceeding my own ideas. We were totally in sync & I was surprised how quickly she accomplished this suggesting palettes & designs I might not have done. Couldn't be happier! 100%!!

I am happy with the couch and rug that I purchased and with the initial help given by the designer. However, the shipping experience and follow-up service was a disaster. My invoice listed the shipping cost as $250. I was told that it could be higher at the time of sale. However, when it was time to ship, I was informed that it would be $1,350!!! I was also told that Ethan Allen does not ship in WINTER to Nantucket and that I could arrange for a third party shipper if I wished. This was never mentioned when I purchased the couch. It was originally to be shipped in August but because of supply chain issues it was not available until January. It took calls to the Regional manager to get this settled. The compromise was to wait to share the truck with another customer to lower the shipping cost to $450. So much time was spent on my part and there was a big delay on receiving my couch and rug. Although I'm pleased with the product, I'm not sure if I'll purchase from Ethan Allen again.
