This bank in Lynn is outstanding although this branch here I witnessed over time that the bank is outstanding and does its best to deal with customers. The customer services is really good here and they care within limits..

This bank in Lynn is outstanding although this branch here I witnessed a banking rep totally being verbally abusive to someone in the branch... Branch manager did nothing about it... Customers have to come first....

Employees of this bank do not seem interested in helping me do business with them. I'm getting the "it's not my job" impression, as I keep being sent forms as if I'm not already a customer with accounts at this bank. Very disappointing.

Everyone at Eastern Bank is very helpful. This is not my usual branch but I sometimes use it because they have a lot of different currencies on hand (I’ve gotten Euros and Canadian money). If they don’t have it at the bank (Swedish Kroner) they will get it to you within a few days.
