ATM took money and they gave me the run around for the "claim" . Every branch sucks and isn't helpful.

Over two months and I still don't have access to my account but keep getting threatened with account fees. I receive at least 2-3 of the same exact letters in the mail for a credit card I've already declined interest in twice. Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. No one at customer service or the branch can see to help resolve anything. I keep being told it should be fixed but nothing has changed.Photo of 42 of the same exact letter for a credit card received in the past couple of weeks. They just won't stop sending them. I received 4 in one envelope today.

This is my fifth bank throughout my life. I have been with Citizens for over ten years now. They are by FAR the best bank I have ever had. Although I’ve never had a bad experience at any Citizens, Marstons Mills is my favorite. The girls know exactly who I am and are always very friendly. I feels more like going to chat with my friends than a banking experience. The absolute best. I have and will continue to recommend to everyone I know.

Dont like banks that charge a fee to cash one of there own clients checks. If i make 100$ doing a job,i dont need bank to skim off 7$ for themselfs.
