I needed a new debit card. They needed me to call a number to get my old card unblocked but when I went to my car to make the call, they told me they couldn't verify my phone number and I would have to go in person. When I asked her why they told me I had to call the number she said "honestly it's a big circle and this happens alot"We will be changing banks.

I have banked with Citizens for a little over 2 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The complaints you may have heard are pure nonsense!

Citizens use to be a great bank but unfortunitly it has become horrible they don't care about the customer and also the older blond haired lady that is the manager of the Hyannis branch is very rude and yet they still keep her as the manager what does that tell you that they don't care about the customer, they don't even deserve 1 star

if there was zero stars id pick that.....my cousin passed away unexpectedly and the family raised money for his burial this bank lost over $5,000 which was donated in his name. When we went to the bank they did not even say sorry just oh well.......DO NOT BANK HERE!

This is the worst bank I've ever banked at. I opened an account here and couldn't use it because I couldn't access my account or routing number. Then I tried to use my ATM card to withdraw my money so I could close the account, but the PIN number didn't work. When I called them, they said they couldn't send me a check to close the account but could give me a new PIN number. But they couldn't do that either. In other words, they've stolen my money! Unbelievable!!

Blonde manager is rude and never return customers calls!! ATMS are never working always broken or can’t take a check deposit or cash deposit and one branch has 3 atms and all 3 most of the time are out of order. For 3 weeks been calling the blonde manager to talk to her about the issue she never returns the call. Absolutely rude and incompetent and inconsiderate of clients concerns and complaints. She has to dig deep and do a big process improvement in the branch.
