Not necessarily this branch in particular, but just Citizens Bank in general. Dropped into cash a check drawn off of their bank. Wanted to charge me $7 because I did not have an account with them. $7 to cash a check which comes from their bank. I had a citizens account for almost 20 years. This is one of the many reasons why I left. What a joke.

I go to different citizens banks in my area every week to cash my check. Very few are run competently. This one is by far the worst. They never have enough cash. They'll be sitting there and tell you they can't help you because it's their lunch. Meanwhile, when they do help there constantly trying to get you to open an account. I would rather pay the $7 fee every week forever then ever open an account at citizens. There's a problem at least 30% of the time. This review just scratches the surface

Very poor customer serviceI called to see if I could still make it before closing as I was just at the light in front of the store. She said I should be ok as there was still a line. I got there 3 min after 5 one teller still at window who appeared she was able to assist and another assisting another customers. I was like phew I just made it and she was like nope closed at five wow just no customer service these days

"Worst"! customer service experience I have ever had! The branch manager Brendan is rude lacks everything that makes a customer feel special ,I wouldn't refer my worse enemy to this Bank because of this outrageous experience! I also noticed a few complains on here about this same manager his name is Brendan. I confirmed this information through customer affairs.

Brandon at the Hyannis Stop & Shop Attuck's Lane Branch NOT very helpful and very rude! He needs to be re-trained and has no idea what customer service really is.

I sent an employee to the bank to set up a checking account so I could help her learn to work for herself and be independent the bank and their con men arrived in my salon told them what I wanted a sole proprietor account like mine I told them no corporation they took her into a room and set her up with a costly corporation the bank representative told her to get it on line and told her the answers to the on line application questions to get a costly corporation costing her &9,000.00 in tax return for a single mom when I complained to citizens they just about said tough instead of having a meeting with those employees from the bank and paycheck mr Kevin that were involved they don't care about the people on Cape it's about selling bank products use a small bank on cape that cares about you not making money
