I recently made a purchase of a bed (Chatham and Wells) at the Hyannis store. Chris Banks was great to work with. He answered all my questions. It was obvious he knew the products well. With his guidance and patience I was able to buy the right mattress for me. I also purchased the adjustable base which is fantastic. I highly recommend Chris .

I was in search of new living room furniture with no set idea in mind. Christine approached me and I told her I was just looking. She offered assistance if I needed it and then gave me space. She retuned after several minutes and just started chatting with me. I started sharing some of my thoughts and she immediately started giving me great ideas. She was patient. friendly and extremely helpful. I returned two days later, made my purchase and Christine made the experience smooth and relaxing. There was an issue that needed more research and she took care of it right away and followed up with me as soon as she had an answer. Thank you Christine at Cardi's Hyannis

My husband and I worked with Bill in the Hyannis store to furnish our new home being built. He was available anytime we had a question or concern. He kept in mind we had a budget but wanted the best quality in our home. He helped us with the delivery date as we weren’t sure when the house would be officially done. It was a great experience working with him ! We will 100% be back !

I had a man named Jorge come to inspect my 8 month old mattress bought at the new Cardi's in Hyannis because of sagging in the center. He discovered that the frame was missing it's center bracket and said someone would be calling he me he great young man . S week later I had a new brakes and box spring and mattress these 2 men also were extremely helpful and I was so impressed that I stopped by the Hyannis store and was told to send a comment THANK YOU CARDIS FORSUCH AWSOME SERVICE AND WONDERFUL YOUNG MEN THAT HELPED THIS 76 YESR OLD WOMEN!SincerelyMaureen MarchettiHyannis

I just purchased my new motion sofa and chair from Cardi's.. I am so over the moon happy with them! Definitely quality pieces, sturdy and you can tell the seat cushions aren't going to just be dead in a year. But most of all I wanted to say my salesman Chris Boucher was just fantastic. He was so patient so kind and so helpful.. He help me match cushions to the couch to make sure the color was going to work for me. He explained I could use battery packs for my new motion furniture, do you think anybody else told me about that in any of the other stores I had visited? He gave me time to think, as I had just been through a bad experience. He called me to let me know the status of my furniture's arrival. You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore. A lot of people write bad reviews and some people write good reviews I want this to be an outstanding review! I will absolutely go to Cardi's and see Chris for any furniture purchase moving forward. His knowledge and professionalism was truly, top notch. I actually think I'm going to send him a little something for Christmas It was that great of an experience. I went to the Orleans location on December 4 - purchased the Chatham and Wells mattress. it was delivered on the following Wednesday. the chemical smell coming from this mattress is horrible. whatever chemical is on there ends up on anything or anyone that comes into contact with it . we had a fan blowing in air and an out take fan for 5 days and nights - the smell has not dissipated at all. I called Cardi's Monday told them the situation that I wanted this mattress removed - the woman said she would speak to her manager and get back to me. I called again this morning because no one has called me back . I fully understand that things happen - we have made several purchase from Cardi's and never had an issue - but their response to this has been more than disappointing- once they make the sale it is clear to me they do not care about their customers at all. Think twice where you spend your money

I love this store … the furniture are beautiful the people are awesome …., the delivery is fast and they put all the pieces together for you. Couldn’t ask for better quality of service :) .
