Delivered on time , replacement for the dining room table that broke. Fits perfectly , the guys removed the broken glass , vacuumed the small shards , cleaned the table prior to installation. Top notch. Thank you kindly.

Worst experience ever. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call, they never call you back even when you leave a voice-mail, and when you schedule appointments they get the timing completely wrong. I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning and made sure to specifically state that it had to be early morning as I had a commitment in the afternoon I had to be there for. Called 2 times with no answer until after 1pm. Told me they had me down for an afternoon time and that someone will be there in 25 mins. Completely unacceptable, and you lost a new client because of this.

Needed my front windshield replaced and instead of calling a national chain I called Cape and islands glass. Wanted to support a local business and I was right on with this company. The girl in the office knew what she was doing and very helpful. She gave me a heads up about inclement weather and handled all the paperwork. One call and that's it. The team came exactly at the time I was told. They were polite, neat and thorough. They cleaned up as well. Highly recommend

I didn't like the windshield change, my car was damaged in front of the lining as it didn't touch. did the job. never but. in addition to everything being crooked, the rubber is poor quality

don't believe any positive review on here - those have to be the employees trying to offset their real reviews. Another -if I could give zero stars I would. They just never came. They just blew off the appointment. I wouldn't trust them with replacing my gas cap let alone my windshield.

Visited the store on 9/6 to get estimate on cabinet glass inserts as well as glass replacement of patio/window door. Never received a call with the estimate for cabinet glass. I called them after waiting over a week, and left message for a call back. They never even called me to date. Went with another local company, and within 2 days had glass and appointment scheduled for replacement.

The beginning of the show in the beginning of the summer they came and picked up a window frame that I need to have glass replaced I ended up having medical issues and going into the hospital for a while and then when I call them to finally pay for the window and have the glass put in they informed me that they threw the window frame for my very expensive living room window out! Who throws somebody's window out drop it off at the house call somebody I never got one phone call one email one letter in the mail they owe me a window don't do business with them

If I could give them no stars I would...We dropped off a piece of glass from our bathroom vanity to be fixed and later installed back in February and now six months later the glass was done, never got the message they said they left and they now can't install it back in like they told me they could six months ago, I also called last week and they said they would call back and I had to call them once again a week later cause guess what they didn't call back and my piece of glass was already finished for two weeks...Never using them again

Had my windshield replaced. The technician damaged my vehicle, never informed me of damage, then tried to hide it. Now, I have to fix the plastic cover he bent, by removing and heating it, to straighten it out. Then I have to fix the dented metal and paint it.Mark (the manager) offered to pay for the touch up paint. I declined. All I wanted was an explanation on why I wasn't told about the damage and an apology from the tech. Got neither.
