very upset with the way I was treated.. never had any issues renting a car before.. most terrible experience I've ever had.. literally the only way I could see my children and they wouldn't let me because I don't have a credit card.. wasn't an issue the last time I renting through your company!! not cool at all!! I have a debit card and my ID which was all the needed the last time!? how come they changed it!? and if they did how come it doesn't state it anywhere!? also Priceline took money for the insurance for a car that I wasn't even able to get!? how does that work!?
