Johnathan W 181 was amazing calming presence super kind and made a horrible situation a little less terrible. Very accommodating of where I wanted to tow and offered to follow us. He provided receipt and made sure to say take a copy of the original it’s easier to read and at least you’ll have a copy on your phone to email insurance incase you loose the slip. Just reminded me of silly things you don’t think about when your panicked.

The owners son I believe it was dropped my car off the tow truck and then proceeded to curse at my mother and I. You're going to lose business if you keep letting your son have temper tantrums.

They towed my motorcycle twice. Don’t ask why. Both times the drivers were quick to respond, professional, friendly and considerate. There was a small issue on the second tow and Buckler’s stood right up and took care of the problem. I trust Buckler’s Towing to get the job done.

They arrived in a short time. The driver was kind and quite worried about me waiting on the side of the highway for my ride. Luckliy my ride showed up just as the car was put on the truck.

Don't count on this guy to tow you in an emergency or to have the decency to even call you to let you know that he refuses to come pick you up. I was stuck on a busy highway at 10pm in the dark and this guy was contracted by Chrysler Jeep roadside assistance to tow my jeep. I had to call him, only to have him yell and talk over me saying that he is refusing to pick me up, I am too far away, and he has no idea why he was given this assignment, and that I had to call roadside assistance back to find someone else to tow me.

Had an awesome experience with Pat from Buckler's this week. Had a dead battery. Got a quote through AAA on line and Pat arrived about 30 minutes later. Pat was friendly and informative. He showed me the results of the tests he ran, and told me the best option. Fifteen minutes later, I had a new battery and didn't have to worry about disposing of the old one. Convenient and quick service. Friendly and knowledgeable technician.
