Recently purchased a 430i convertible through John Durkin. John is highly professional, attentive to details and a pleasure to work with. The transaction was smooth and even delivered the vehicle some 100 + miles away. The drivers were excellent and one time.
It is without reservation that I recommend John and his team and would definitely use them again.

The facility is impeccable and the entire staff is extraordinarily professional, friendly and customer driven. The sales, service, parts and executive staff work tirelessly and seamlessly to provide a superior customer experience. Although I have shopped several other BMW locations closer to me off-Cape, I choose to go the extra mile to be serviced by the family-like Premier team (including for out of state transactions) as they are premier in every sense getting it done right the first and every time.

AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!! The epitome of money-hungry, sleazy car salesmen that are willing to do anything to make an extra buck.
Two months after I purchased my 330i, I got a flat tire and had to take it to the local tire shop, where the repairs were estimated $40. However, they were unable to complete the repairs because there was no wheel lock in the car. I called my salesman to see how he could send me the missing wheel lock immediately, but he told me it would have to be ordered and would take several days to arrive. He told me the only solution was to go to the nearest BMW, "have them do whatever it takes to get you back on the road, and have them send the bill to BMW of Cape Cod." After 3 days with impact to my business and personal inconvenience, I finally picked up the car.
A month later, I received a $400 invoice from my local BMW, which I forwarded to my salesman at Cape Cod for payment as promised. Three months later, I was notified by debt collections that it was never paid. I was obviously avoided and ignored as I tried to call the sales manager 10+ times over the span of a 2 weeks, and consistently told I would receive a call back and never did. When I finally reached him, he tried to discourage me by yelling before he finally said he would ask for approval from his manager.
After another 2 weeks of silence, I sent a follow up email and the general manager called me. Extremely demeaning and rude. Did not care to listen to what I had to say, just repeated over and over that they weren't going to pay for anything except the $16 wheel lock. Wow. He took absolutely no accountability for not only the fact that I was sold an incomplete product, but that his employee made a promise of payment to me.
I've bought vehicles from Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, VW, and several others. Never have I had such a disappointing, frustrating, and UNPROFESSIONAL experience. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the months of headaches I have had; these people couldn't care less about you.

Avoid this service dept!! Hit object on highway in New Bedford. Had to replace back left tire of my 760i year 2023.
Took 11 business days or 2 full weeks for me get car returned for 1 tire???
Pressure in all my tires was inconsistent as I left dealership.
Stopped a local gas station after leaving BMW to balance air pressure in my 4 tires
Light still on telling me to service rear tire

My wife and I stopped the dealership to purchase a BMW X3 on 6/15. What a terrible experience. After working on the details of a sale and depositing the vehicle, we were told minutes later that the price had changed significantly. There were exorbitant "junk fees", for example $595 documentation fee. In addition we were told that any deposit was non-refundable, Then we realized after contacting other dealers that there were a number representations made. For example, to upgrade to leather seats we needed to also were required to purchase another package that had features we did not need at a cost of 2150. These are just a few examples of the problems we encountered. We decided to purchase the same vehicle from another dealership,'

just left BMW of Cape Cod with my brand new 2019 430ix convertible. This is the fourth BMW my husband and I have either purchased or leased from BMW of Cape Cod since 2015. There are not enough words to describe the people and the service that I receive at this dealership. They are outstanding in every way. They have found me the car of my dreams on two specific occasions, the latest being in the last week or two. I had a very definite car I was looking for and they found and made sure I had it within a couple of weeks. I can not thank this amazing team enough. They are so, so good to me and I appreciate each and every one of them. First and foremost, Tim Muldoon, my sales advisor and my friend. The general manager, Nick Latham is amazing as is Richard Harrington, Business Manager and Bela Rua, at the front desk, of course. I had a BMW Genius, Paul Capparella go through everything on the car with me today and he was not only knowledgeable, but kind and courteous. And I would like to also mention Kyle Daily, whom I have dealt with in the past as a BMW Genius, is now back at the dealership in sales. Lucky BMW of Cape Cod. Missed you Brandon Pavlakis!
So I would like to thank everyone there for always being consistent, professional, and fun. They put the customer's best interest first, always, and the product, of course, speaks for itself. I always say you haven't driven until you have driven a BMW!
