I wish I read the reviews before I booked here! Service was terrible. Checked in at 2am to a man who was very aggressive behind the counter and unhelpful. Charged for a pet when I have written documentation from my doctor stating she is a service dog The worst part was the room was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! flies flying everywhere. The smell of marijuana smoke coming out of the vent when I turned it on. A dirty pack and play for my 8 month old baby. I was ready to sleep in my car with my baby, but my boyfriend told me no. I can't get over spending $177 to stay in such filth. This is is gross... absolutely disgusting

If I could give 0 stars I would . Me and my daughter called before making reservations on Feb 2 , 2024 making sure the pool was open . We were told yes. When we got to the BW to check in guy in the front desk said sorry I don’t know who told you the pool was open but it’s closed. Me and my daughter had to cancel reservations because the reason for having a pool is so my son could go swimming . We were “promised a full refund and as of now we still have not received our money back . Management keeps lying saying the did but yet I went to my bank and called and they didn’t not refund anything. I never even made it into the room. I had to find another hotel . This was my first time and last time ever making a reservation with the BW. It’s been over a month now and I’m still waiting to speak to someone . Every time I call the manger is never there.Noteworthy details: So I just received a response back from the owner of the best Western saying That they would like to speak to me and investigate my review how do I go about speaking to this person?

It seem it going for upgrade on some of the buildings. But inside was nice, the staff friendly and helpful.Food & drinks: Cape Cod Brewery is close by!

Rooms are ok , nice breakfast , pool is small and only 4ft deep and hot tub smelled bad ! The staff were friendly .

Stayed here for two nights during the winter. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable, shower worked well. The breakfast was also solid for a hotel. For under $100 a night in the winter this is hard to beat. It was packed and at some points it was loud but it did not bother us. Will return if we are in the area. Nice property with no issues.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Requested rooms in a quiet area and we were putting next to a bunch of parents and small children their children run around the halls playing hockey outside our room had to climb over nets and the parents partied all night outside our doors the second night I finally had to call and complain just a horrible horrible place and I think only the person that checked me and actually said hello to me I would never go here again and I even checked out a day early

definitely worth the price , all of these people nit picking and complaining are clearly cape codders and if this isn’t suitable for y’all , PAY FOR A BETTER ONE !! Cry about it idk , it is a good hotel for the price it’s set at , AND A SHOUTOUT TO MY BOI MARVIN !! i’ve been here a few days and all of the staff are super friendly nd warm , marvin is always workin the night shift when i go down for midnight snacks and even though it’s always between 1am-5am he’s always smiling and happy and he always makes me feel very welcome !!

This hotel has disrespected us in every way.They woke up the hotel with construction at 6:45 am and claim they weren’t responsible as the construction crew didn’t speak any English.With multiple messages to the GM Jay Patel , and with no return responses we finally got a hold of him by telling the front counter staff we where looking to make a large reservation for the summer and then he miraculously was available to talk.He admitted on a recorded line that he did not want to call us back and the his hotel has had so many complaints that they shut off there refund system. He said to call our credit card company or the reservation company to have them refund us for his hotels bad service.This hotel is not worthy of your hard earned money. STAY AWAY!

Noteworthy details: Room was ok. Hallway carpet was very worn and gave the hotel a rundown feeling. Overpriced for what it is I presume that is because it’s in Cape cod. Breakfast was average. Housekeeping and front desk were friendly. I cannot comment on the pool as I did not use it. But it looked clean and maintained.

I have been staying at this hotel weekly for over a year. I have seen the drastic improvements made. New windows, new HVAC in all rooms, new siding. The front desk staff has always been very professional. This is a hidden gem and will continue to improve. Management is available and always attentive to problems. Cant understand why so many negative comments .Rooms: Always clean with fresh linen.

The person at the front desk at check in would not allow my service dog. I'm a disabled veteran and I was assigned a service animal to help with my post traumatic stress disorder from a non profit organization that trains dogs for veterans coming home from war and suffering from trauma. When I showed this paper work to the service desk attendant they didn't care. They made me sign a document and charged a fee and with held the room keys until I did this. Please do not support this hotel that discriminates against the disabled and veterans.

Unfortunately, my encounter with the Night Shift front desk staff and the condition of the room left me extremely disappointed.Upon my arrival at the hotel, I alone approached the front desk and my husband was parkingthe car, and I said “we have a room book for tonight” as in me and my husband to check in as one normally would. To my surprise, the front desk staff member responded in a strange and sarcastic manner, saying, “Is it you and me?” in a way that felt harassing and uncomfortable. This response was unprofessional and not the level of service I expected from your establishment.The issues did not end there. Upon entering the room, I was shocked to find it in a very dirty and horrible state and it smelled very stinking. It was clear that the room had not been adequately cleaned or maintained. This experience was far from the comfortable and clean environment I anticipated.As a guest, I believe that every customer should be treated with respect and courtesy, and the accommodations should meet basic cleanliness standards.

All we need and our dog was welcome . Nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was better than expected and coffee was always ready.
