I visited last weekend. Catherine and the young lady working at the store were extremely helpful in assisting me with finding gifts for my twin nieces' 9th birthday. My nieces LOVE their new jewelry! Thank you ladies!

Great shop in Osterville with amazing service! Catherine went above and beyond and set up a private shopping event for a bachelorette party this weekend. She opened the store an hour early for our group of 15 women to shop before we headed home. She provided a fun shopping experience and made the bride feel extra special. She was willing to ship a pocketbook directly to your home if she didn’t have the color that you wanted in stock. She had so many great things in the store it was hard to narrow down my choices! I am looking forward to coming back next weekend to see what else I can find!

I had a negative experience in the store -- I tried to return earrings but was told it was "illegal in Massachusetts", to return earrings, which it is not. The clerks seemed misinformed and not well trained. I left feeling I had done something wrong and did not like the way I was treated. Absolutely adored this store!! Some friends and I traveled to the Cape and fell in love. I purchased a cute little pink & white wallet and a beautiful taupe purse. Everything was good quality and perfectly priced. The customer service was great, everyone who works in the store and smiles and were very helpful. When my taupe purse's zipper had come off, it was so easy to email them and explain what had happened. They replied right away and customized a way for me to receive a new bag. I will definitely continue being a customer there. I highly recommend!
