I called and asked to speak with practice manager to ask some questions about the way their grooming service operated but was told she was at lunch so I said I would call back in an hour. when I did she had now left for the day. Apparently, after being a customer for 8 years, no one cared to talk to me about the service very poorly rendered to our dog today. I asked for my dogs records so I could get established with a new vet. I was told they would happily do that for me by tomorrow morning. So the good news for them is that they are apparently so fat and happy with business that they did not care one iota about our departure. Now if we had been difficult clients I would understand the good riddance attitude but we've never complained about anything until today. So the bad news for you reader, is that they probably won't give a hoot about you either! Sharon Fowler-Pini

Dr. McCartney and the whole vet staff are great! My cat recently had to undergo surgery and they made sure to keep the price as low as possible, and were so understanding and accommodating to all questions and concerns. I couldn't recommend them enough!

When down here on vacation our dog came down with an eye infection. We tried multiple vets and because she wasn't a current patient they wouldn't take us (understandable). The wait at 24 emergency vet was close to 6 hours. We finally got Erika on the phone and Dr. Ware overheard the conversation. Between other appts she quickly saw our dog and sent us home with some meds. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ware and the rest of the staff here. If we lived on the Cape, she would 100% be our vet of choice. THANK YOU!!!
