It is a great book store; store manager and most staff are knowledgable and helpful. In regard to the dining area, it is about time for B&N to get new chairs and tables.

Im from out of town and I’ve coming to Cape cod since i’m a teenager but common friendliness from a Starbucks in B and N was a 4 min bad encounter.
No hello and no thank you, thats really no pleasure.

Convenient location, usually short staffed so customer service suffers but it’s the only big book store in the area

Barns & Noble at the Cape cod mall is full of books when you walk by it appears to be quiet qnd peaceful and there a book about every single think you can imagine go read them all love going bookshelf surfing Read before you buy lol there's comfy seats in the little Cafe they have up in there!

I went to the B&N at the Cape Cod Mall to facilitate the exchange of my 15 year old Nook for a new Glowlight model. B&N offered to give me the new model at a great discount. I tried to do it online but I couldn't find the serial number of my old Nook. Harry, at the B&N store applied his magic and after several phone calls and other searches I didn't follow, got the SN. From there it was easy to complete the process. Thanks, B&N for the deal. Thanks, Harry for sticking to it and solving my problem.
