Service department is horrible, they're rude and don't care about you're vehicle or give you any type of informative answer on anything.

This place deserves its low rating. I moved to the Cape about a year ago. The dealer I used in CT was excellent. This place makes you feel like you are bothering them when you bring your car in for service. Twice they told us we needed to come back because they needed to order a part. The first time the part was never ordered until we followed up and the second time the part came in but they never contacted us to let us know the part was in. Another time while waiting for my car to be serviced, there was a young male service adviser talking loudly on the phone. Not sure who he was talking to, but he told the person on the other end of the line that you should never keep an Audi past the end of the warranty because they will have a lot of problems. The same company that owns this dealership also owns the local BMW dealer. I also own a BMW that I have had to get serviced there and you get the same attitude from the employees there.

Worse experience ever. I purchase a CPO car from the east coast cash every year and drive it back to Arizona. Every dealership I have purchased from understands I'm in a rush to get home and has everything prepared. I was at the dealership for an hour and a half while they tried to sell me warranties that wouldn't even be valid in my home state. I had them add ceramic coating to the car before I came. They did it right over the top of a simple $300 (out of pocket) correction that I paid for, then had to find a company in AZ to reapply ceramic to the bumper where the blemish was. The warranty for the ceramic didn't have anywhere I could go within my state. They were shocked the dealer would have even applied the coating over the blemish without first fixing it. The warranty company felt so bad they allowed me to go to a local ceramic shop and covered having a new layer applied to the bumper that had to be fixed. Even Carvana fixes cosmetic issues on used $9k civics before they sell them. There wasn't an owners Manuel, which is always included with CPO, the dealer did ship me one without a case for it. I purchased a case. The windshield also had a chip in it when they sold me the car. When I brought it to the dealers attention rather than apologizing and trying to take care of it they argued with me and made me l at fault for their mistake. They reimbursed me for the glass only. Audi in AZ wanted $900 for calibration. That would have been out of pocket. Luckily Safelite was only $300 over what the dealer reimbursed me for the windshield. I had purchased a car in the rain and didn't notice how bad the paint condition was in and that dealer immediately apologized and had me take it to a local dealer for paint correction. This was my first time going from Lincoln to Audi and I am beyond disappointed. It also took them over a week to reimburse me. I have spent a month fixing issues I purchased the car with and taking time off of work to do so. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer to anyone. They didn't even have to sell me the car just simply accept a check and hand me the title and keys. It's unfortunate I assumed it would go as smooth as my other countless past purchases. I was waiting to make sure I got reimbursed to do their survey and it took so long I'm not even able to take it now. I reached out to Audi corporate and they didn't do anything. I'm really missing my Lincoln concierge. They also didn't assist at all with getting me into Audi Connect. Luckily my local dealer has been picking up alot of the slack for this dealership and is also shocked to hear what I have gone through.

My husband and I recently bought a pre-owned an A5 from the Premier Audi dealership in Hyannis. Our experience with Rob, the manager, was great from start to finish. He was extremely professional while also being Interesting and conversant. A very nice man. Also, the business manager Paul, made what is usually a torment (for me at least), a fairly painless experience. I'm talking about all the signatures and paperwork necessary to conclude our purchase. In summary, we were Impressed with our purchasing experience at Hyannis Audi due to the Competence and friendliness of the two men who handled our transaction. And we are crazy about our new car!

Just bought an E-Tron from Audi Cape Cod and my experience and the service was outstanding. Rob Serdy was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and accommodating. I love the car and the organization is top notch. I highly recommend them and I will be back.

Terrible Salesperson named Rob!!! He is a dismissive and condescending salesman who is misogynistic. He is also untruthful and disrespectful of the loyal Audi Clients!!! Do not buy a car from this garage!!! Buyer beware!

I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. After numerous phone calls to get a second key for my Audi, I had to visit in person. Even after visiting in person, nothing was accomplished. Because my key was going through an insurance claim process I was bounced back and forth between the Parts Dept and Service. Colin in Parts called me after my visit to tell me Parts didn't know how to process the claim, but that he had passed my information along to Service and they would be in touch. This never happened. Additionally, each time I called Service to follow up, I was passed through to voicemail. Now, I am out of time to have the key made free of charge to me. Terrible experience, which had me second guessing my purchase of an Audi as well. I'd have given them no stars if it were an option, though will say the receptionist was the ONLY positive - she seemed to know the process to have a key made, maybe she should manage the other two departments.

Just stopped by and spoke with Matt in service about getting service performed on my 2018 RS 3 with 1700 miles. I was trying to set up an appointment to get a mag ride calibration and alignment performed. He flat out told me NO since they don't touch vehicles with aftermarket parts. In this case, lowering springs. I was hoping to find a new and trustworthy Audi dealership since Audi of Westwood has treated my RS 3 badly several times now. I guess I know now to never get service or even think about purchasing from this dealership in the future if this is how they want to treat new customers.

Really impressed by the service here. My husband's A8 developed a misfire on our trip to the cape. Repair was done, and unlike other dealers these days, they washed the car. Matt communicated throughout the process.

We were a family on vacation, and I got a flat tire on cape cod in Q 7. The service and attention we received after having the car towed in for service was beyond exceptional. The service and understanding of our situation being that the entire car was packed with vacation gear and the service attendant who I believe may have been a manager, handled the entire tire change with our spare , and had us on our way back home in less than 30 minutes. He was kind and understanding and I highly recommend this Audi dealership if you need service! We own 3 Audi's and I will never own anything else !

I couldn't be more disappointed with the service at Audi Cape Cod. I dropped my Audi S5 off a couple of weeks ago to get new tires and to fix a leak in my washer fluid tank. They gave me a quote for the tires along with a 40-point inspection which I shouldn't have needed since I had them service the car 1,500 miles earlier. Anyway, they sent a quote and called me to let know that the leak was only a minor part and would be an easy fix. I told that was great and that I would like the leak fixed but that I would prefer to buy my own tires if that was OK. They stated this would be no problem as long as I paid for the installation and alignment. No problem. I picked up my car a week later with new tires. I was charged for the alignment installation and $150 for what I thought was the minor leak fix. I put the car back into winter storage and checked on it a couple of weeks later to find a huge puddle of washer fluid all over our garage floor. They had clearly not fixed the leak and had decided to fill my washer fluid anyway. This, of course, caused washer fluid to leak all over our garage floor and since the car had been sitting for a couple of weeks the fluid seeped into the flooring making it impossible to remove. We now have a nice blue stain in the middle of our garage. I contacted Matt Gustafson in the service department and he basically said not our problem. He states I declined the service, which I definitely did not, and if I had, why in the world would they put washer fluid into a car that has a known leak! He said the $150 was for the diagnostic check, which I didn't even need. I had serviced the car less 1,500 miles ago! Just really incompetent service and zero acknowledgment of the mistakes they made. I definitely would not recommend if you want a quality service and if you have a problem they definitely aren't going to take any responsibility.

State of the art beautiful building on a smaller scale that enables staff to give perfect customer service and attention to details.
