I have been a member for close to 20 years. It is about time I write a review about the Outstanding Service I have consistently received in this time period. I found the Staff, lifeguards, Alex, very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Customer care oriented. Atlantis was first to open safely after covid. Very clean weight room and pool area. Great Service and Great Price. Looking forward to another 20

This resort is simply fantastic. Not only does it have everything you could ask for in a resort (and then some), but the staff are also extraordinarily friendly, and they cater to your every need. My favorite part of the establishment is definitely the Atlantis Sports Club. The sauna and the steam room are absolutely refreshing, and the equipment in the gym is always left clean. 10/10 I would highly recommend this place to anybody in Cape Cod.

Membership includes an indoor pool with ability to reserve lap lanes. Amenities are unmatched to any other fitness club on Cape - co-ed sauna and steam room in both men and women’s locker room. Oh, and a hot-tub! Owners are an amazingly kind couple who treat customers and employees like gold!!

Terrible experience at this gym. Facility is very dirty and many creepy people not only work there, but are members. There is a reason why there is a sign in the mens locker room saying keep your eyes to yourself.

Awesome health club in a convenient location! There is an Olympic sized indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, Nautalis & Universal Equipment, exercise classes, a Sauna in the bathrooms, and the staff is friendly & helpful.

This place has not had an update or decent maintenance since I started doing summer memberships 8 years ago. Every summer I call, someone on the phone will quote me a price, then I'll go in to pay and they always then tell me I was given the wrong quote on the phone. The prices have gone up but the pools (this is about the pools, and facility but not the actual gym) are in bad disrepair, the chairs are so old, outdated and dirty and there are zero sunshades or umbrellas for the outdoor pool . Carpenter ants were crawling all around the grounds of the outdoor pool and a few times on my legs. I don't know who is taking care of this place- the gym or the actual hotel but it's really bad. Definitely not worth $250 a month to come swimming with kids. And the minute we walked in to pay to use the club, we were greeted with a "What's up?" as if we were interrupting or weren't supposed to be there. Customer service really lacking and super frustrating to be talked to in this way after being a loyal summer customer.

Outstanding club in every aspect that could possibly be important to a member. For starters, and what's most important to me, is customer service. Starting with the owner, Paul. My first time meeting him was punctuated by a HUGE warm welcome and a genuine thank-you for retaining my membership as long as I have, especially through pandemic challenges. The talented staff this man has assembled at this facility sets a standard of excellence that I've never seen at any fitness center or sports club. Secondly, the Club Manager and my personal fitness trainer, Jonathan Kreutz. Started working with John about 3 months and the progress I've made with my physically fitness is nothing short of amazing. Aside from losing 20 pounds, I am the fittest I've been in almost twelve years. Jon's approach to my fitness is tailored to my specific goals and he is always spot-on in terms of balancing safety with breaking through ceilings of strength. Everything he explains to me is in language I understand. He sets a bar for personal training that no other can measure up to; he IS THAT GOOD!!! Holds me accountable for food intake, regularity of gym visits, and does it all with the perfect blend of kindness and seriousness that could not work better for me. I cannot say enough about the value I feel I have received on the money I've spent on his VERY reasonably priced 4-visit training packages. Thirdly, the ancillary staff. Harrison is probably the strongest reason for my return to the gym after having a dormant membership for several months through the pandemic. He handled my concerns and questions on returning to the club with the utmost care, kindness and respect. I've told him myself that he is the front-line reason why I returned to the gym and did not terminate my membership after having been a gym "donor" for far too long. I would be remiss not to also mention the legendary customer service provided by Patricia. Her warmth and kindness make me feel like family at Atlantis; and, the physical fitness she displays as a middle aged woman is a remarkable power of example. Simply awesome! Lastly, the facility itself. The pool is always treated, always clean, and always the perfect temperature. No doubt that fitness centers have suffered enormous loss of income through pandemic times. This facility never dropped in standards for cleanliness. It is encouraging to see that almost every week over the past few months of COVID "recession" I've noticed more and more improvements and investments in general upkeep. Keep on keeping on Atlantis!! Best value on Cape for your money in investing in your fitness. Hands-down, without a doubt.

I resigned in August and they are still charging me $40 per month despite three requests to stop. They also owe m money for unused personal training. I cant get anyone to call me back. Beware!
