What a fun store. They sell things I've never seen ANYWHERE else which made it memorable. Whoever is the buyer for this shop is seriously like a museum curator, that's how cool I found this stuff to be. Kicking myself for not buying that Bao Bao bag. It literally glows when you take a picture of it with flash. How freaking cool.

What made Allium an inspiring store to shop in though, was the fact that next to most of the items there was a biography of the artist who made them. In a Covid world, where its become normal to be isolated from others, the displays helped me feel connected to the artists. Our worlds have all become a lot smaller in the last year, but Allium was a respite from littleness; the artists' bios and unique items served as an invitation and doorway to open up. Excellent local shop open year round. I always find something in here every time I visit. They have an assortment of unusual kitchen gadgets that are definitely beyond what you'd find in Homegoods. We're talking some creative speciality products. For example, a ladle but not an ordinary ladle a flexible one that not only scoops but also scrapes soup out from the pot. Also, a giant scooping spatula for amassing a plate of French fries right off a baking sheet. There's also some jewelry, cards, baby gifts, home decor and a really nice selection of bags. Awesome place if you want a specialty traveling bag like for a personal item carry on or small totes for traveling. Always friendly and helpful. Excellent COVID precautions with the staff spraying hand sanitizer on your hands when you enter (with your permission, of course). Wish they had a bigger store because the concept of what they carry is so great. I'd love to see more bags and unusual kitchen gadgets.

A wonderful year round gift store on Main St Hyannis!! Everything from cards, accessories, soaps, hand made items, unusual house hold gifts handbags, toys, and pet stuff!!! Something for everyone!! It’s nice to be able to shop local!

A favorite of my wife. This store is a mix of items some with a Cape feel or others are unique or artistic. An decent stop during a walk down the main street in Hyannis.
